My fiance attempted to rent out her home using this company. After a slow initial response and delays in getting the requisite repairs made to the property, the house then sat empty for almost 3 months. Despite plenty of interest in the property, Brewer & Stratton was unable to get an occupant. The company failed to return even a single phone call from my fiance until she finally needed to cancel their "service". Because of their lack of competent management, my fiance lost thousands in potential rent income and had expenses for the house as well.
