As a 15-year tenant, we have paid for parking spaces in a lot that Deering manages for several years. In the last 2 years, we have complained to Deering numerous times about other people parking in our spaces and their response has always been the same: "There's nothing we can do about it" even though they have an attendant onsite. I've emailed the VP Mariann Deering several times, telling her that we have disabled and low-income patients who need a place to park and she has consistently ignored me.
