Horrible realtors , they never fix things that are broken. my neighbor had no AC in 115 degree weather. we had a leak the entire time we lived there. was yelled at my JAMIE on the phone. they do not have adequate washers and dryers. they constantly break snd the coin machine eats your coins. they have extremely poor communication. they genuinely do not care about their tenants. the landlord said "we only want your deposit and then we want you out." please save yourself and DO NOT LIVE HERE. THEY WILL TRY EVERYTHING TO EVICT YOU. they evicted me and gave me 4 days to get out. also, ROACHES

This management company "Jamie Rosen" just send me a 10day notice due to yard maintenance.
I requested two months ago for her to send me an estimate for the work of there landscaping company, yet just today same date as the notice I barely received that information. This company is insane to do this to a client, it was there error in the 1st place not communicating that information in a timely matter two months really. I've done the yard work all on my own there has been no negligence on my part. A.A
