A year ago I had my Volvo '08 C70 tuned up at an auto shop near my home. Soon after the engine started misfiring and was told by same shop 2 cylinders were cracked and a new engine was required (+$5k). While seeking a second opinion I came. GREAT automotive shop. I looked around extensively before coming here to have my daily runner car worked on. Quote was by far the best and they were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Got my car back the same day, markedly different performance.

Brought my 2000 Volvo here from the get go and these guys are the best! Never over sold me on ANYTHING unnecessary and at times were honest enough to say, you don't need that for another 10K or next oil change. Sadly, I lost that car in an accident in 2019 and now I bring my Acura RDX here. Although it is not convenient to get here for us, I even sold my husband on bringing his Toyota truck here several years ago. THE BEST!

I brought my 2015 Volvo in after both the check engine light came on and I received a notification the engine was underperforming. They were quick to diagnose what the problem and called to let me know. After further work, they realized the issue was much deeper and widespread than originally thought. They gave me a good explanation of what was going on and what it would cost. When we decided to not spend the money on this car (it would have been almost $4,000), they understood, took out the new parts they had already installed(sparkplugs and coil) and only charged me for their diagnostic work

I have been taking my 2006 volvo here for years(since 2012/13?). I trust them wholeheartedly. They are honest, caring, personable and wonderful. I started coming at about 120k and have 225k on my car. I know two other families that deal with Prof automotive and has been for years as well. I will stay with them forever!!
