Triple check to make sure they did THEIR part by registering vehicles parked at the complex. They like to put "parking tickets" on vehicles right before it snows in hopes that nobody notices. Then when the vehicle gets towed they refuse to rectify the error in a timely manner claiming "clerical errror".

I've lived here for about a year and a half now, and have really enjoyed my stay with Corso. The maintenance staff is ON TOP of their stuff, the staff in the office is always polite and helpful. The only negative things I've noticed lately is the increase of non-residents on the property, and not visiting as guests but some sketchy characters walking through the areas. Covid has displaced a lot of people as we all know, and unfortunately, that also comes with an increase in petty theft in Missoula County. My roommate's bike with stolen right off his [locked] bike rack directly in front of our building

I have asked 3 times to have these stairs power washed, some had been letting their dog pee on the stairs. Wet puddles for months. I called the office 4 times spoke to the office told them what was going on. I was told they have not have a grounds person for 2 months that was a month ago.
Last we spoke I told them this was unsanitary that people are tracking urine into our homes I was told it would be done in the next 2 weeks that was a month ago! Resigned my lease because of the rental situation in Missoula not very happy right now

I've been a resident for 18 months, roughly. My bike was stolen from the "secure" bike storage area and I was offered no help. There's no surveillance and a door was unlocked, leading to my lock being cut. Then they raised rent in the peak of COVID, all while cutting amenities (responsible choice) due to covid (such as printing, pool, common areas). I am thrilled to be leaving. The apartments are nice but service has been lacking.

Pet friendly apartment homes at a great location. All the staff are courteous and helpful. Grounds are well maintained. I've had a couple service requests, which were taken care of promptly. I love my apartment. The Clark Fork floor plan has a spacious design for a studio. It's wonderful to have the washer/dryer in the apartment. The Corso apartments are the best!

I have lived at Corso for the last 15 months, and they are, by far, the best apt management team I've ever had. I've lived in several complexes throughout my life, and I was impressed enough with them to write a review. I'm sad to be moving, but I'm leaving the state for a job. The staff is friendly, competent, caring, honest, and such an all around pleasure to work with. The facilities and apartments are also very nice, and anytime we had any issue, such as a small leak in the winter, it was taken care of promptly. Everyone on their staff is a pleasure to interact with, and you can tell they enjoy

I have found Corso to be a huge disappointment, from the outside the place looks pretty good for Missoula, when you go in the buildings the entrance floors are rarely vacuumed, the concrete stairs have never been cleaned there has been pet feces and urine on the stairs since I've moved in, the hallways have pet stains and the smell on the upper floors stink horrible, have held my breath on warm days the smell is awful, thankfully the smell hasn't lingered into my apartment! When it says your rent is $950.00 add all the extra fees you pay $1050 that is a lot of nickel and diming, the

This place is the definition of an apartment complex that will nickel and dime you at every turn. Also the parking is awful. You never get a spot unless you pay for a special one. I'm assuming the complex has some sort of deal with The Source too because they are allowed to use the Corso parking lot 24/7 but if a Corso member is found in The Source lot after 8am they'll be towed. So limited parking is even more limited.

My husband and I have lived at Corso for the last 4 years in 2 different apartments and have been very happy there. The apartment itself is very nice and management has been nothing but wonderful. Sure, it is expensive but if you do your homework so is everything in Missoula (that isn't an old run down dump) and at Corso you get some amenities for your $. We equally appreciate the off-site amenities such as the Good Food Store right next door, The Source right next door and the Milwaukee Trail runs right through the Corso complex not to mention the overall central location. Pros:
I love the location and amenities offered at Corso! I see many complaints about the appliances, but I’ve been nothing but happy with mine. The fridge is spacious with plenty of room, the dishwasher works perfectly. The balconies are amazing and I’ve created a small garden on mine, above which I have a good view of the sunset.
They’ve been quite accommodating of pets so far as I can tell, and the office workers get very excited to see my puppy and chat. I’ve found all the employees to be friendly and courteous.
Cons:
Unfortunately, the walls are sort of thin and I can hear my neighbors

We have lived here for a little over a year. The property has really gone downhill since we moved in. However, the rent increased quite a bit. Very expensive and most amenities have been taken away or are now limited. They no longer have a Clubhouse attendant so it makes it difficult to retrieve packages after I get home from work. The current office staff leaves a lot to be desired. The new gal that recently started is very condescending. I believe her name is Briane. She will lie to your face regarding policy. They gave one of my packages to another tenant and they did nothing to help locate

We have had such a great experience with Corso. The management is incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and flexible. Maintenance was always so speedy to fix anything that wasn't working, and the hot tub and pool were always so clean. I loved living here and would do so if we ever moved back to Missoula again!

Location is very good. Fitness room and clubhouse, pool and hot tub are nice. Maintenance staff very nice, competent and attentive.
However, we find the quality of the apartment itself, especially the appliances, does not seem to coincide with the level of rent we pay. For example, we have not had a refrigerator without an ice maker for decades, but we do now.
Kitchen work surface extremely small.
Walls seem thin, floors especially noisy for those of us living on the ground level.
Good points: Large bedrooms and bathrooms.
