It is our goal to cultivate long-term relationships, both with property owners and our valued tenants.
Effectively market your property and list your apartment at the appropriate rate for your market. These folks are great. I have never worked through a property management company and they have been so helpful and understanding with all of my questions and concerns. They met me right where I needed to be met.
Our managers work with the Association Board to maintain the property as directed by the Covenants and By-Laws. We seek to hire the best vendors to maintain the properties we manage for reasonable expense. Our bookkeeping is accurate and detailed and includes dues collection, expense payments and all necessary Association bookkeeping.
ADEA Property Management treats all potential tenants as if they're already excellent renters and facilitates no application fee property tours. An application fee is required, however, when a property has been selected and the likelihood that the applicant will qualify has been established. ADEA Property Management's tenants can count on one of the most responsive maintenance departments in the Missoula Area.

Can't wait for them to get back to the VOA about Camden Kitchens moving in to a place they set up for us. Been waiting for word for a couples weeks now. Pregnant, due in August and just hope to get in before to long.
But very greatful, they are the only place that we have lined up and they only management place that have taken us. And I appreciate that greatly for my new baby!!

I rented with Adea for about 18 months. The overall experience was exceptional. They made moving in and moving out a breeze. I had transferred into Missoula for work and was running on a short timeline to move a family of four. It was relatively seamless from application to keys and then easy out with them working with me to get the final inspection and leave. If you are looking to move into, or around in Missoula, I definitely recommend Adea.

I Have rented from Adea for quite some time. Everyone there Josh Thane Kelly have all been responsive, friendly ,helpful , informative. Anything that has needed repair has been done immediately. I have rented for a very long time and Adea has been the best. I do not understand the negative reviews at all.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Looked at a commercial property for my fiancé and her business. ADEA was terrible about getting back to us, communicating, and very unprofessional when meeting to look at the property.

They quickly allowed me to move into a place, I'm grateful. But the place is a disaster. They have made no attempt to fix anything or do anything about it. Upon posting this negative review I received immediate aggressive attention demanding all issues so they can be fixed! Outstanding respons, current issues now being addressed and my apologies for not bringing them to there attention in a better way. Thank you!

Utter trash property manager. Any communications you receive from them will be vague and when you ask for clarification they will call you uneducated or some other insult. Do not rent from them and do not use them to manage your property, they will allow it to fall into disrepair. Avoid at all costs.

I usually don't waste my time with Google reviews because they can be faked so easily, but this company is so terrible, I just can't hold it.
Awful. Adea bought our apartment complex and that's when it all went downhill. They immediately increased rent without proper notice. Josh, the manager, fully admitted wrongdoing, but said we still owe or leave. What a way to treat tennants of 6 years.
Trying to get them to do any maintenance is laughable. They refused to replace fire extinguishers. Refused to install carbon monoxide detectors. There were several times we were complimented on the upkeep

They are trying to rent house not up to code telling me I'm wrong, when I bring up the house isn't a 4 bedroom because it doesn't have a means of egress in two of the rooms. The answer I got back was ...everyone does it. When asked about cleaning she became shorter and snapped that they did but when I showed pictures to prove it wasn't all I got was I don't have a answer. So I contacted the owner of the house and sent him full information on how poorly the company acted and how they are not up keeping the house and sent pictures. If you don't want to deal with people

Wow I have heard some horrible things about this property management but I'd say this is by far the worst and I'm pretty sure it's either a violation of privacy and personal information or flat-out illegal or which I'm going to check in to...

Long story I'll try to make short....
But my half sister has been working her butt off to get into her own place cause she needs out of this... I can't even think of any appropriate words to use but toxic poisonous controlling

I am extremely outraged by your mistakes this summer of 2016 regarding the sale of my condominium at the address of 1914 C Wyoming Street. Due to the lack of proofreading skills on a survey to be filled out by you for potential buyers, your inefficiency cost me $3500 from the first potential buyer. Due to your financials being in the red, it scared off a second buyer who had offered a full cash purchase. Your poor business practices have caused me to continue making the mortgage payment for yet another month, after understanding that one of the potential sales

I haven't rented from them and that is exactly why I am leaving this review (and at two stars). Repeatedly, I have emailed and called them because I want to apply for a location, but they have yet to respond to my questions.

I do not want to apply until I have certain questions about the property and the application answered...which is completely understandable, right?

Anyways, I've emailed. I've called, both during and after office hours. I've left messages.

Now that I am seeing the reviews about their properties, I may just go elsewhere.

This company is the least helpful business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I rented a property from them for 12 months and then the lease renewed. After graduating college, I received a job offer that required me to move out of town so I informed the company that I needed to break our lease. We called many times to ask what the repercussions would be for breaking the lease (since they wouldn't allow month to month after the year we already spent there) before I accepted my job. Ok place, their payment system is frustrating at times, with fees for paying rent with a card but what can you do. Always understanding and helpful if any issues pop up. Can't complain too much, pretty easy to work with.

I wish I didn't have to give this company any stars at all. I would rather live in a card board box then rent from them. Everyone who works here is rude, unhelpful, and snobby. They make it extremely difficult to look at their rental properties, and the application process is a chore! Since my husband and I were moving here from out of state they made us have a co signer. This would have been fine, but they wouldn't allow my husbands parents to co-sign for both of us even though we were married. They gave my sister in-law the run around when she went to look at the apartment for us. We
