Currently I serve as the President of the Osprey Branch Board of Directors. I have served on the Board as President for the last two years, and take pride in saying that after much research, as well as interviews, I was grateful to be able to present Kingdom Management to the other Board members. We are a small community, and it doesn't take much for things to change rapidly in our neighborhood.

One of the least professional, and most incompetent companies I have ever dealt with. They are an absolute nightmare and should be avoided at all cost. They are said to be the "cheapest" property management company in Jacksonville. Sometimes you get what you pay for, with KM -- you wont even get that. Also, what happened to the approximately 100 google reviews that were predominantly negative? Some how that changed to just a handful of poor ratings. Beware of this company and the ratings look to have been manipulated as well.

Wish i could give them zero stars. totally unprofessional. Put gate clickers never work and we are constantly having to replace them and pay $42 each time . office hours are terrible and have to miss work to work to get clicker replace. Then i get there and they tell me they don’t take cards of any kind , only cash or check ?? seriously should have disclosed that ahead of time before i took off work to drive over, had to leave and go to ATM , pay ATM fee and then drive back to the office . worst management company on jacksonville do not use them.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Very uncommunicative and unprofessional. Been trying to get a call back and no response. Never receive any notice about meetings or what services they're actually providing. Charged our neighborhood over 10k last year but not itemization what that was for.
