Strength training can be defined as an exercise type that is designed to increase lean muscle tissue, improve structural strength, decrease excess body fat, increase endurance, and provide several additional physical and psychological benefits. Our Personal trainers possess the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to design safe and effective fitness programs.

They help you become motivated by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. Our Group Exercise Instructors lead a group of participants through a series of movements and exercises using music as the basis of rhythmic exercise. Here at East Coast Fitness we offer many forms of fitness activities from Step Aerobics, to cardio, yoga, Pilates, cycling, and many more.
Services
We offer a variety of services to our East Coast Members, which includes Nutrition Counseling, Massage Therapy. The integration and application of scientifically based nutrition plans, massage and exercise physiology principles that support and enhance training, performance, and recovery. Tanning services are also available.

Utilizing Jillian Michaels' 3-2-1 interval approach to whole body circuit training, BODYSHRED is kinetic, energetic, and provides the ultimate challenge.
Cardio exercise is any exercise that raises your heart rate. Face it our bodies were made to move. And we all know that to keep our muscles in shape we need move them. Our Cardio Equipment and classes are designed to inspire muscle movement for a more efficient and healthy body. The gym is somewhere you can go to just forget for an hour what you do for a living, what you are doing on a daily basis.

East Coast is an awesome place to work out! The clientele are friendly and very courteous. We all share the gym equipment and machines. I have made some wonderful friends at East Coast! The staff is outstanding! The personal trainers are knowledgeable about body mechanics and movement. You will get an amazing workout and meet your fitness goals! I have for 16 years!

This place was rad! Went in there for a quick workout since I was in the area for business and the gym had old school weights and a great selection of machines as well. The older guy at the front desk was pretty cool too, thanks again man👌💪

Good gym, has pretty much one of everything you need to get a good weightlifting session and it wasn’t very busy on a Sunday for those visiting who don’t want to deal with the college crowds (even on Ohio state home game weekend). $8 for a day pass

I love this East Coast! I attend typically 4-6 times a week, doing the various fitness classes. All of the instructors are awesome and knowledgeable, and I ALWAYS have a GREAT WORKOUT! If you enjoy challenging workouts with a variety of classes, this is the place!

Staff is very friendly. It has everything that's needed for a workout without any effort wasted on glamor. If you care about stupid things like whether the weights are all the same brand, this won't be the place for you. The facility is clean. There's a daycare.

About three years ago I joined this gym because they have daycare for my daughter. The facility is small, but has all the basics I need for my workout. The staff is really friendly. The new manager (Scotti) is awesome. I love Fernanda's Yoga -- she's amazing!!!

Really Good Gym. Has everything I need for a routine workout. Never been crowded when I have gone there and I can always get on the machines. The showers are clean and the staff is friendly.
