Events For You

We have a team of experienced day-of coordinators, some of whom also have their own event planning businesses. Event coordinators are assigned to events based on their skills and strengths, and the personality and wishes of the Client, and, of course, availability.

A team of 1-2 people (or more, depending on size) is assigned to each event, with the lead Event Planner being your contact throughout the process, and the assistant(s) serving as a backup and helping the Planner on the day of the event.The same person who is your Planner will be your Day-of Coordinator.

We offer a variety of services including day of coordinating, planning, and anything in between. It is hard to list every, single thing that we do, but, rest assured, we do anything and everything we can to make it a stress-free event for you, your family, and your guests. Our packages our custom-made for each client, but usually include the following.

What does a Day-of Coordinator Do? A day-of coordinator helps busy people who have done most of the planning themselves by managing things on the actual day of the event. The price is usually determined based on the size of the event, the location, and the scope of duties involved. Some companies offer packages at a set price that include the day-of, the rehearsal, and maybe some planning time.

At Events for You, we have two basic packages: Day-of Coordinating Plus (aka Partial Planning) and Full Planning. We also have special packages for certain venues. And we can create customized packages as needed. We charge a flat fee based on the size of the event, the location, and the specific duties involved.

Couples around the world are making the hard decision to delay their wedding date, and I absolutely understand the heartache that comes with such a choice.
