This is a long overdue review, but Lexie and Heidi were AMAZING to work with. They provided beverage service for both my welcome party and wedding. They crafted delicious customized 'his & her' cocktails based on our drinks of choice, and brought great people to work the bars for the parties. All the little details and extras, garnishes, bitters, etc. were top notch. They also created a beautiful backdrop for the photo book and stocked the event with an instant camera and piles of film - which captured some of my favorite keepsakes from the wedding. Booking Lexie / Cordial & Craft was one of the best decisions we made for our recent wedding in Asheville. Lexie went above and beyond to work with us on the perfect bar menu, created a sample kit for us to try, and even recommended other vendors we ended up booking for catering. She was super responsive leading up to the event, and her staff were very professional throughout our wedding. Our cocktails were delicious and good looking, too!

I recently hosted a HS graduation party at my house for my daughter where I hosted family and friends. The C&C staff showed up while I was at the event and set everything up beautifully. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Lexi and her crew. When the guests left, I looked around and everything was spotless and all the extra food and drink had been put away. I was able to enjoy every single second on the event and not worry about a thing. Communication was always prompt and easy. If I could give a 10 star rating I would! I have another child graduating next year and I definitely will be

Lexie helped us in a serious pinch about a week before our wedding and we’re really happy it led to working together. She was responsive, helpful, really friendly, and though I didn’t get to chat with her until the very end of the event, several people brought up the great service. Thank you for the great service!

Absolutely terrible experience! They let me and my wife know that they would not be staffing our wedding that they had agreed to two weeks before the wedding. This put us in a real scramble to make things happen and we’re barely able to get it put together in time. And gave us absolutely no reason why they canceled.
They also seemed like a very unorganized/amateur operation. Great marketing on the website but terrible service. Kind of like a fast food hamburger marketing picture, what you get a totally different thing box and you might not get it at all.

Crystal at Cordial and Craft is absolutely amazing! She spent the time listening to what my daughter's vision was for her wedding florals and BOOM there it was! She took the extra time making sure of all the details in the entire venue creating my a beautiful garden/woodsy theme Crystal is very sweet, attentive to your ideas and extremely creative. Without a doubt I will recommend her to all of my new booking brides!

Heidi, Lexie and the whole Cordial staff were such a joy to collaborate with! Heidi and Lexie were efficient and timely with communication prior to the wedding and staffing at the wedding was absolutely amazing! All staff was personable and knowledgeable. Cordial & Craft did an amazing job coordinating our wedding. In fact, I would say they worked magic. It was an out-of-the-box ceremony, with a blend of Scottish and Cherokee traditions. And the reception was carnival-themed, with an unbelievable cast of characters, including a fire-breather, a puppeteer, and a contortionist! Everything was above and beyond our expectations! We knew going into our wedding that an open bar was a must, but Cordial & Craft exceeded all of our expectations and then some! During the planning process, Heidi and Lexie were ALWAYS quick with responses, easy to work with, and used online tools that made it seamless to plan and execute our event from a couple states away. Their empathy and ability to connect with me as a bride made me feel really secure in our decision to use their services since I felt like they understood our vision for our event and our guests.
