This rental includes a 5-hour block. Plenty of time to say "I do!", enjoy an incredible meal provided by our in-house Chef and then dance the night away. We have a 12:00am curfew; the perfect time to walk to your downtown after party. The Venue is a fully insured facility and maintains necessary ABC permits.

We had our rehearsal dinner at the Venue. I could go on about its stylish and fun atmosphere and great food, but what I think is so much more valuable to say is that the staff truly make this spot incredible. Deandra, Nicole (from The Planning), Marta, and the rest of their team are truly the best. They have a great sense of humor, which made the planning process fun and full of laughs. I can’t say enough good things about this venue and the team. I host corporate events all the time and this was such a superior experience. They were wonderful to work with when I had to delay multiple times due to COVID concerns. It is a shame this wedding planner could not get their act together. The night of the rehearsal, there was no plan, no organization whatsoever. The so called wedding planner did not have an itinerary and did not lead the process. The minister needed to take charge and on the spot develop a plan based on his prior experiences from other weddings. We should have known this was indicative of things to come. The wedding was to start at 5 and of course the bridal party did not arrive on time. There was nothing to eat or drink while we waited - not even water. At 530, two wait staff stood at the steps

The Venue is the PERFECT space for a wedding reception! Our wedding reception was in the Market and Mezzanine room, which are absolutely stunning spaces. The market space is tastefully decorated and the attention to detail is very apparent. The Venue made sure our daughter's wedding reception was beautiful with delicious food and drink. The staff was extremely attentive and "can do" when requests were made. The space lends itself to a lovely antique French country feel especially in the evening. I enjoyed a wedding reception, which was attended by approximately 125 people. A large room was available before the reception meal for drinks and socializing. More chairs and tables for people to group and chat would be my recommendation for that gathering area, otherwise, it's standing room only. The actual reception was 5 or 6 steps up to another level with circular and rectangular tables set up for all guests. There was a string place for the band on one side of this large room and a nice dance floor. Waiter and waitress service was friendly and efficient.

We had our dream wedding at The Venue, and we couldn't have been happier. The food, the decor, the ambience, the professionalism, and attention to detail, all was perfection. Our guests raved about the food, we had a bacon tree and s'mores. The space is so unique, and feels so classy, spacious, inviting, and hip. Plus it's in the heart of downtown Asheville! My son and his wife chose this for their wedding venue and it was perfect! They asked us to join them in Asheville to look at different venues and this was everyone's favorite by far. We just had our rehearsal dinner at the venue. The atmosphere was amazing, great decor and lighting. The food was spectacular and the coordinators were so easy to work with. They were willing to accommodate menu ideas outside of their typical suggestions. The mac & cheese bar was over-the-top incredible, biscuit bar with sausage gravy and fried chicken was to die for, and the farmers market veggies were fantastic. We also had peach and apple cobbler with homemade icecream which received rave reviews. All of our guests kept commenting on how incredible the experience at The Venue was.

My best friend got married in Asheville recently and held the rehearsal dinner at the Venue.
It was perfect. The upstairs area is where the table was set up with a mini bar. We were able to hang out on the balcony and take in the pretty views of the area. The atmosphere was very open yet inviting. All of the photographs came out really well because the lighting was terrific for taking pictures.
