Terrible place. Appliances didnt work correctly. The dishwasher was broken. Fridge had a terrible smell that the maintenance team could not fix. The boiler broke and made the water yellow and after they fixed it turned the water grey. Neighbors would park in our paid parking area and when we would call about this nothing would get done. Towards the end of our lease, the leasing office was very rude to us when we would not renew the lease again.

I have lived here for almost two years and I deeply regret it, this community is old, sometimes they get tricky with the charges, you can never find parking, they use parking permits but they never enforce them and you have random people parking everywhere, cops know about this and if you park in an area that not designated cuz there’s no parking you get tickets, and it’s starting to look like the ghetto. Do not move here.

This place is NOTHING like the pictures on their website. They spent a lot of money on marketing but ZERO money on their property. The apartments look old, patched up work everywhere, good luck getting them to address anything after you sign the lease. They will tell you you’re getting an updated apartment which means a few new appliances but if you put new appliances in an old patched up apartment, they won’t make a difference. There is no closed gate, the gate is permanently open and they’ve been upgrading since January. Keep looking!

A beautiful community managed by beautiful people. My dog and I love the peaceful surroundings. The pool is maintained regularly, but I wish residents would pick up their trash. The company who owns the property (whoever that is at the time) really cracks down on you when you're late with rent, which I was for the FIRST time in my life during COVID-19. They're relentless and seemingly have no concern for the residents' situation during a pandemic and economy in the crapper. Working with the property management team was nice, though. I will miss it.

Nice apartments for the price. Fantastic service from the front office, the ladies were always very helpful in assisting us; maintenance requests were always very quickly resolved. Great location in town. Not meant to be a luxury apartment complex but a good value for what you pay. Moved out when our house was finished but would definitely live here again if we needed an apartment.
