I love the place and location. Thats a plus.. the downside is it customer service.. However, when things break because they're old appliances they furnish your apartment with, the office staff (except the manager, Ms. Flores is very attentive) is not really that helpful or caring. They don't make you feel your things will get fixed soon and don't go out of their way to reassure you or apologize for the inconvenience. Again, this is the office staff. The manager and technicians are pretty good and really take their job seriously. I understand there's a waiting line for work orders, but if you don

I spoke to Esther Cortez of leasing on Monday Aug 9th regarding the leasing of a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment. A unit was available, the conversation on phone was short. I was emailed a link to my application form. I would've filled out the form day of, only I still had questions. I needed answers. Answers that should have been told to me on Monday, or given to me in a brochure listing amenities.
I had to ask via email if the unit was fitted with a washer and dryer. It was. I had to find out if the unit included Wi-Fi. It didn't. And I had to find out if utilities were included in the quoted

The apartment complex itself is decent. The prices are on the high side to be honest.
Repairs are where this complex is severely lacking. The older portion of this complex is lacking in quality and needs renovations. CONSTANT leaks. Broken water heaters, drain issues throughout the unit, non working Dishwasher, washer and dryer failing numerous times. The appliance failure and overallalfunction of the apartment here was beyond normality.
The move out was also predictably predatiorial. Being charged for "dirty" floors that were swept and hand mopped, a dishwasher that was broken and not used being

I recently moved in here and I am already impressed. So far we love it! This community is well kept. We love how quiet and safe it is. We are close to my relatives, stores, and restaurants. We have dogs, so we love the amenities especially the Dog Spa and Dog park. They have surprised me with all the giveaways and resident interactions they create. None of the places I have lived in have been even close to this one. We highly recommend living here!

Carmel apartments is a nice place to live, with a very quiet, clean community with lots of green areas, and with areas that we can enjoy as residents such as the gym, the swimming pools. The best of all is the excellent staff that is always at our service with a very friendly and respectful treatment. Without a doubt the best place to live.

I lived here for about 2 and a half years. If I didn't move out of town I'd of stayed at this apartment complex. Never had any issues. Neighbors are very nice. No bugs. Work orders were taken care of quickly. Lots of parking although I would recommend a permit system. Love the dog park and dog wash.

This community is a beautiful place to call home. Environment is quiet,safe and clean. Location was perfect for us, nearby schools and stores. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. One issue I did have was with the garbage disposal which maintenance was quick to resolve. We’ve enjoyed the great amenities offered here, as well as the fun events that they have for their residents. I don’t have a pet but they are very pet friendly. They have their own spa/play area. We definitely recommend Carmel Apartments!
