Quail Creek Apartments

I don’t know what’s changed, but maintenance and management are horrible. There is always trash overflow, trash on the stairwells, trash on the floor. You can never get anything fixed. persistent roaches even with the fumigation. And poor plumbing. Recently started seeing a lot of questionable tenants too.

I have had a pleasure doing business with Quail Creek apartments.
The staff is very friendly and nice .

If i could give 0 stars i would. Roaches and they stole my money. I moved out a month early but intended to pay my rent for that last month. They moved someone in without notice before my lease was up and still sent me to collection for 3.5 times my monthly rent. Why would i pay rent for the last month if they already moved someone in. This place is a dirty scam and a rip off. Parking is terrible.

Nice property- visually peaceful. Pool is nice and apartment size is accommodating. Staff friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend this property.

Beware of building 6!!!!!! First day of moving in, and we already had a roach problem. After several fumigation, I found out by other tenants (in the same building) that this building (#6) has had a roach problem going on for almost 6 years!!! Aside from the roach infestation, we also had mold problems.
During a really bad storm, water came through the window as the sealing wasn’t done right, and water came in through the foundation. I called them multiple times because there was a really odd smell in both my kids’ room and mine, they didn’t do anything until my husband called them AFTER

Please do not Declaw cats to live here. There are more places who won't require such an inhumane act.
