Have no clue why you are charging rent when the apartments aren’t gonna have any electricity running until the September 29th. Right now when the people need there money because they had to evacuate because of the hurricane. No running water and no electricity it’s not even livable at the money. So I dont understand why still charge rent for something that doesn’t have any working utilities. You guys care more about pocketing your wallets then working with you renters in this situation we are in right now.

I personally would like washing and drying machines to be installed in the apartments because me and my moms clothes where stolen. We came here to be in a safe place but now i don't even wanna be living here. If you wanna wash and dry your clothes, stay there and watch your stuff because you will eventually have your stuff stolen.

I feel very much at home here. My apartment is modern, carpets cleaned, flooring easy care and attractive. The fixtures are top notch and beautiful, wonderful spacious amount of storage. On move in, any items which needed attention were taken care of within 24 hours. I love the friendly and professional staff. Happy with my choice after much searching.

One of the WORST apartment complex's I have EVER lived in. Constant police presence, neighbour getting arrested, roach infested, VERY old, run down exterior and car thefts. Bizarre why there is no security cameras in this day and age for the amount of money they make you pay. Management constantly trying to pry money away from your pockets in the most absurd ways. PLEASE take this review with a grain of salt and DO NOT stay here.
Only positive was maintenance staff were quick to respond and kind.

I have been living here for 3 months and I absolutely love it here. The staff is absolutely amazing people always friendly and helpful. Great location and neighborhood. Private patio is great love sitting out drinking coffee listening to the birds or music every morning.

Have been living here for a little over a year, no complaints beside the roaches when I first moved in. Had to call pest control out a couple times but management always did take care of any issues that I was experiencing.

I live here for 3 years and this year has been the worst. 2 shootouts in front my apartment and someone broke into my car. No one from the office called or even came checked on us. We still have bullet holes in our patio fence. I think this will be my last year living here for the safety of my family.

Definitely not a good environment if you have small children. My daughter and her family stays there with small children and have a big issue with smelling weed through out there home. Complained to the manager which couldn’t get involved nor could they move my daughter away from the area cause they claim that they can get in trouble with the owner if they do that. And called the cops but also didn’t do a damn thing cause they didn’t see anyone selling weed outside their complex. So that was a loss cause as well.

Very nice apartments and friendly people. The price was perfect for us and we got the perfect location. Close to work and to family. We have lots of friends here and cant wait to see what the future holds for us here.

Their service sucks ! No one never answers the phone in office,security sucks , they don;t enforce handicap parking spots and the young kids they let rent is so rude . all you smell is pot before you get to you apartment .
