Very poor, management they work with you when they want to only if it benefits them. Pool was constantly closed during the summer of 2021. The gates broke the moment I was handed my keys all of the gates by the way. Also unlawfully evicted me and my family after hurricane ida and gave us a 6 day notice to get all our things out. Unless new management and owners don’t live here. Also maintenance is lazy and they let the trash pile up at the dumpster. Again don’t live here you’ll regret it.

I have loved living here for the last month! It is definitely the nicest apartment complex I have ever lived in, not only due to the wonderfull amenities like a pool, walking, path, grills, etc. But also because of the kind neighbors and staff! The office staff make you feel like family even if your forgot your mask😉 Jesus Christ told us to love our neighbor and this place makes that commandment easy! Highly recommend!

It's very sad when your neighbors are INCONSIDERATE ..... DISRESPECTFUL.... VERY DISTURBING..... ANNOYING..... The fact that it sounds like a CIRCUS above my head and NOTHING gets done about it!! So much for living peacefully and comfortably .... Instead I have to be awaken out of my sleep... Distracted while working or watching tv... IM OVER IT... 😡

First of all, I’ve been a resident for 7 months. In those 7 months my air conditioner has broke 3 times and currently on its 4th. Maintenance does not come out unless it’s convenient for them. The pool has been closed more than open which restricts the gym usage. The entrance gate has been broken since I’ve lived here as well as the side exit gate. Staff stated that it would be fixed within the first month of my move in date. That was false information. My rent is definitely higher than expected and continues to change in price. I definitely would not recommend this place!

They run at a snails pace to get anything fixed or taken care of when it comes to maintenance. You’ll be lucky to even get someone on the phone if you have a complaint or issue. It’s not worth trying to go into the office to sort it out because the people in there are not well informed. The gate has not worked the entire time I’ve lived here. What a hot mess. Can’t wait to move.

I would definitely look elsewhere before moving in here. They lack true customer service standards and roaches have been a consistent problem. Told they would provide biweekly pest control until issue resolved but never did. I know this fact because I have a camera in my apartment that's shows all entries into place. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Not exactly that happy living here. everything in the office is nice, maintenance used to be really good at answering requests. lately there’s been a rattling noise in the wall. we’ve written about it around 3 times. still not fixed. they come in, and i have no clue if they’re figuring it out or what. there’s also cockroaches, etc. it’s nice in some ways. might just be our luck with the apartment.
