When people view any building, the impression they have depends on the site and the combination of landscape and building materials. Think of the most beautiful homes you have seen. Whether they are cottages or mansions, your feeling about the home has a great deal to do with how it relates to the site, and how the site has been shaped and landscaped.
Once your landscape has been installed, we take the continuing care of your landscaped areas very seriously. Landscaping is all about the maturing of the plant life, and making sure they are cared for as they grow. Shrubs, trees, grass and other plant materials have different cycles. To achieve what was planned for any site requires care, seasonal pruning and trimming, fertilization, mulching, and aeration.
Water is a beautiful thing, and very necessary for all growing things, but water can also be destructive. In Central Alabama, we can have severe storms that can dump more storm water than the ground can absorb quickly. The runoff from heavy rain can cause flooding and erosion, so managing water in the landscape is essential.

Zac was incredibly responsive throughout the process and laid out the perfect plan for how to redesign our landscaping by adding a sodded front yard and three level playing tiers in our sloped backyard. The plants he selected are perfect. They also built a beautiful stone wall and stairs. Chris and his crew worked hard and were very careful to not destroy our grass with their equipment. We could not be more pleased with the work. They turned unusable space into a highly usable and beautiful retreat. I can't recommend them highly enough!

After receiving several quotes, we decided to go forward with our sod installation and entertaining area project with Southern Heritage Landscaping, LLC. The crew showed up on time on the day we'd agreed for them to start the project and they were communicative with us throughout the first day. They arrived back, earlier than expected, on day two, and completed the job in a timely manner and made sure we were happy with the work before departing. Everyone we've worked with so far has been very professional and friendly and we look forward to using them for our lawn mowing and maintenance going
