Tranquility Landscapes is a family owned landscape design and installation company. What started out as a hobby and part-time work has quickly become a premier landscaping company in North Shelby County, Alabama. We consult, design, and install home owners' landscaping for the aesthetics and functionality of their private yard space.

As the Summer comes to an end and cooler weather sets in, it is a great time to schedule a free consultation. We are prepared to help with your greenspace! Whether it be a new hardscape or a new landscape design, a retaining wall, or a water feature, we can handle it all. We can add fresh sod, or new shrubs to create great new curb appeal or simply redress your old beds.
Proper maintenance is paramont to the success of your designed and installed landscape. Knowing when best to prune, trim, cut and thin out the individual speciman can not only prolong the life of the plant but also produce the best foliage and flowers. At Tranquility Landscapes we can provide on going maintenance in order to maximize the appearance of many small trees, shrub, or flower assuring many years of enjoyment.
When we go to a job site, we will work with other sub-contractor teams to get the job done. No more waiting for another sub to move a rock out of the way, we will work with and around other teams to keep everyone on schedule. The goal of Tranquility Landscapes is to finish ahead of schedule and to assist in any way to encourage other teams to do the same.
Creating the ideal greenspace is our number one priority. At Tranquility Landscapes we will provide as much or as little guidance as you require. If you have the vision we will help you bring it into existance, if you need our help developing your vision we can do that too. We specialize in designing the ideal living space for your individual tastes and needs.
Tranquility reconstructed all of our landscaping after we moved into our house. They moved shrubs, planted new shrubrery, replaced our bed soil and layed new sod in several spots throughout our yard. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work they delivered. In addition to quality work they were knowledgable, timely and offered exceptional follow-up after the job was completed.

We contracted with Tranquility Landscapes to have them trim our crepe myrtles and bushes and to dress up our front yard. They did a fabulous job and we are extremely pleased! JC and his crew were very professional and made sure that everything was completed to perfection. The price was very reasonable and we will definitely be using them again!

I'd definitely recommend Tranquility Landscapes. They dug a french drain for me and customized the drain to my specifications. Their price was much more reasonable than other companies I talked to. They were quick to respond to my questions, and they completed the work in one day. On top of that, they were friendly and easy to deal with. Check them out if you need any landscaping work done.
