Worked at the Henry county georgia branch for 2 weeks. No interview was rushed to fill out paperwork. Agreed upon a salary not hourly pay and when I got my first check it was for hourly not the agreed salary amount. Every day was confusion and pandemonium. Not one bit of solid leadership from management. Properties were rushed through and serviced on constantly changing time tables. I actually cut one property less than 5 days from the previous visit. No actual landscape knowledge by management or majority of crew. Was lied to about hours, working conditions, pay, etc..... Nothing discussed prior
