Dr. Mike Musso was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. As a young child, he watched his father practice dentistry and knew that he wanted to be a dentist. Dr. Musso majored in zoology, with a minor in Spanish, at Texas Tech University before receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston in 1990.

I have been going to Dr Mark Musso for over 20 years. I drive over 45 minutes to get to his office but do not trust anyone to treat me with the care he provides. Dr Mark also treats my twins and my grown children as well. They are a family owned business which was built by their dad! Best family and dentist I have ever known and used!

No more ice cream, cold beverages, or having any air in my mouth without feeling pain.
Before walking to this clinic, I had no complaints other than cleaning and checking on my wisdom tooth. There, the doctor told me that I have “serious” issues such as cavities and decays and it’s better to be treated. So, I trusted his professional recommendation and skills and agreed for the treatment!
It was supposedly fixed, and since then I am experiencing serious pain and sensitivity when breathing from my mouth, drinking or eating cold and hot things!!!
I informed the doctor, and he worked on one

So glad I was referred to Dr. Mike Musso. I have been petrified of the dentist since I was a kid. I had a terrible tooth ache and it was late on a Friday when I contacted them, I got the answering service but was called back quickly by one of his staff. They were able to call me in an antibiotic and I was seen first thing on Monday morning. From… the time I walked into their office the staff was truly concerned about me, very caring and helpful. I wish I could recommend Dr. Musso because he is very skilled, very competent, and his staff is professional and nice. I would not recommend him to a friend, however, because he is not a conservative dentist by any means. He will make a very convincing case for any amount of decay he finds (or thinks he’s found in an x-ray) that you need a zirconium crown. If it is your first time to see him, HE WILL suggest a few thousand dollars worth of work. His estimated bill for me was 5K and he wanted to crown 6 teeth.
