The best there is! I had gone with a different lawyer for my injury claim on the advice of a friend. Big mistake. After a year, nothing was done - and unbeknownst to me, I had signed a bad document that the lawyer forgot to warn me about, which cost me $25k of any settlement. Insurance companies play dirty and fight hard to save every cent they can, you need someone on your side who knows the system and can fight harder for you. This lawfirm will do that.

The Johnston Law firm helped me immensely. After my injury due to negligence of the property management at the townhouse complex where my wife and I leased our home, I called Marc's office. I explained the situation over the phone, and Marc personally came to my home to evaluate the unsafe conditions that led to three broken bones.

I was hit by a driver who ran a red light in Salem, Oregon while I was pregnant and with my 2 year old son in the car, which was completely totaled. I had to wait 7 months to get an MRI (because of the pregnancy) and found out I had a torn disc and joint damage in my lower back. The pain was almost constant from 2 weeks after the accident, and even after the birth of my second little boy.

The Johnston Law Firm was very helpful in dealing with our case. We were a new company starting out and had a competting compnay try and sue us for "Stealing trade secrets" and Mr Johnston listen to us very well and communionacted to us every step of the way how everthing was going to work out.
