Formerly known as Pro Machinery out of Cleveland, Ohio, Form Process Engineering was brought to the South for the purpose of supplying rollformer tooling to customers in this region. Soon after, our skill as tool designers and tool makers led our customers to ask us to become involved in rollforming applications.

FPE can design and build Your Rollforming System from the ground up or rebuild your current machines for a new application. FPE can take a used roll form system and customize it for your needs. In all cases you benefit from our 50 years of combined experience in Engineering & Fabricating Rollforming Equipment.
We combine over 80 years of experience in roll form tooling design with dataM COPRA, state of the art roll tooling design software, to produce quality roll form tooling sets. We design and manufacture all tooling to produce the shape per your specifications. The tooling is made of 4140 tool steel or D2 upon request.

Over the past four years the Form Process Engineering team has built, installed, commissioned and consulted on all our steel framing and metal building rollforming systems. A year and a half ago we contracted Form Process to help us design and manufacture roll tooling and dies for our start up rollforming operation. Using their knowledge of various rollformer and press equipment we were able to procure from Form process tooling and dies for a variety equipment and all worked great!! They were also involved in helping us with technical issues like hydraulic systems, electrical systems, the factory layout, production flow etc.. I recommend Form Process to anyone who need anything rollforming!!

Form Process Engineering is a great company to do business with, until the time comes to get paid. We have an open invoice with Form Process Engineering since August of 2015. All the emails requesting a payment remain ununswered. Make sure you you ask for a payment up front if you are thinking about doing business with them
