Rusty is the founder of Blaststone, LLC, a technology and engineering services company that provides arc flash studies. In addition, the company also provides protective device coordination, and fault current calculations. Rusty has also been chief engineer at Hyde Engineering since 1996. Prior Hyde and Blaststone, Rusty served as a navigator in the United States Air Force.
