CCI is a Birmingham, Alabama based professional civil engineering and consulting company specializing in land development projects for both the public and private sectors. The firm was founded in 2000 by partners Kelly Huffstutler and Tyler Davis. In 2002, Bert Hughes and David Moon joined CCI as partners and John Smith joined in 2019, collectively bringing more than 150 years of experience together under the firm's leadership umbrella.
