We started going to kids smile based off a recommendation from our pediatrician. The dentist and staff are polite but the office lacks space. All of the chairs are in one area and patients don't have their own rooms. The space is tiny. Patients and staff are squeezed into one area and I feel like I'm going to bump into someone or something expensive. They really max out the space. In some ways, it's a sign that they're busy but at the same time, it just lacks personal space. It's an issue when the child next to yours is crying because they're scared that causes your

My eldest son has gone here for 6 years, we've had nothing but good care and excellent manners from all the staff.
My youngest just started here a year ago. He has some health issues and Dr. Pouresaid and the staff have been supportive and helpful in coordinating with his other doctors on everything.
They have been really great with our family.

This kids dentist office is not what it initially seemed During my son's visit it looked fun and staff were friendly. When the bill came, however, it was the complete opposite.
There was an unexpected bill sent for something we didnt ask for nor consent to. Our two calls during business hours went to their voicemail rather than live people. Our two detailed voicemails over a week asking for explanations were never returned.
After getting help from our insurance company, they finally answered a call and told us they automatically do floride but neglected to tell us during the visit

Look elsewhere. Both my children have been coming here for 2 years for teeth cleaning. Went last week for first cavity filling and my son started crying saying the numbing gel was hurting/burning. The dentist covered his mouth (to force him to breathe in laughing gas) which only made him panic more. There is no way that doctor has children or any positive bedside manner doing that. She even stated "Most people think I'm being cruel covering their mouth....." Ummmm yes it is. Needless to say I found a new dentist and will not be returning.

Kids smile is a wonderful place to take small children. I've been taking my son here for years now and he loves it. The entire staff from check in, service, to check out is always an excellent A+ service. Easy communicate and ask questions to, I've really appreciated everything. I've been taking my kids here for the last 6 years, however the receptionist has changed since. During my visits, I had seen eye rolling and rude remarks towards other patients however, when this happened to me that was the last straw. Changed to a much better place with excellent customer service skills.

I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Poursaeid since she was two years old, she is now 10 and a half. Dr. Poursaeid is amazing with children. Her bedside manner is superb. During these years my daughter has needed some cavities filled and Dr. Poursaeid put her at ease and made her comfortable while doing the fillings. As a health care provider myself, I can see she is very confident in doing treatments. Her staff is very kind and friendly as well.
I highly recommend Dr. Poursaeid and her office to any person looking for a Pediatric Dentist.

I took my grandsons for their first dental check up. They were very nervous at first but the staff made them very comfortable by explaining the whole procedure to them. They were watching a movie the whole time. At the end they got rewards and token to use at the prize machine.
They had a great experience and everyone was extremely nice and very professional.

I took my 6 year old here and was pleasantly surprised!! The staff is very welcoming & worked nicely together considering the small office space. We were in and out in 30 minutes - Paperwork, X-rays, cleaning & examination. We will be back for future visits! Thank you to all the staff at Kids Smile!
