Never had a bad experience here. The staff are always so friendly and the office itself and its equipment is very up-to-date, modern, and clean. Dr. T is very gentle and nice and takes the time to answer your questions. Crown Dental is by far the best dentist I've been to. Dr. T always takes such good care of us.
Going to the dentist can be an overwhelming experience, especially on your first dental visit. Let us put your concerns and anxieties to rest. Our goal at Crown Dental Care is to make every patient experience as comfortable as possible. To make your visit as pleasant and brief as possible, there are a few things you should bring with you.
We reserve 60-75 minutes for new patient visits because we want you to have plenty of time to get to know our team. Some offices break these services up into different visits, but we've found that performing as much treatment as reasonably possible is the most convenient option for our patients. Pediatric first visits tend to only take around 30-45 minutes because kids' dental needs aren't as extensive as adults.

Went to get a wisdom tooth that was already loose removed. Instead they wanted to charge me over $2000 to have it removed and treated and won't extract unless I join some membership and agreed to get it graphed. Next day I found a great dentist who removed my tooth which took only 2 minutes and didn't have to charge me an arm and leg because I didn't have insurance or tried to convince me to not choose one without the other.

First it is so difficult to get an appointment at this practice. If you change your appointment, tough luck, you ,ay not get an opening for a whole year. Anyway, I went to see Dr. Nguyen for general cleaning on 10-6-21. My hygienist was Ms. Veronica. It was her second time to be my hygienist. I found her very aggressive, too much talking, and plays scare tactics. On her coming, she suggested that I need deep cleaning just by checking my X-rays. I was so surprised as I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen regularly. I kept listening her. She spent an hour without cleaning my teeth and in the end she finished

It went smoothly... The staff at Crown Dental is Bar None and if you are looking for a dental office, this is the one! Everyone was so kind and helpful. They definitely stand out from the rest. Dr. Santos and the entire staff at Crown Dental Care in Germantown are amazing. I had an emergency tooth issue that needed immediate attention and they were able to fit me in right away and take care of me. Everyone from the front office staff to the Doctor were incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dental office for everyone in the Germantown area. They will take great care of you!

My overall experience with Dr. Santos was great. He was friendly, took the time to explain the procedures I needed, why I needed them, and addressed any questions I had.
I required some extensive and expensive work (even after insurance) and I appreciated Dr. Santos listening to my concerns and helping me prioritize the work needed so that I could financially space it out over time. Furthermore, I appreciate the staff for going the extra mile to sort out an issue I had with my insurance. Because of their efforts, I saved a lot of money.
Both times I saw Dr. Santos, it was easy to make the appointment

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are unprofessional and disorganized. My husband booked his appointment with them 3 months ago. He arrives to his appointment today only to find out that they don’t accept his insurance, even though he was told they did when he scheduled the appointment. As a business they need to do better. Now my husband has to search to for another place to go and probably has to wait another 3 months to see a dentist. Time is precious, Crown Dental and you should be ashamed for wasting people’s time. If you give this place a try, just triple check that they take your

Great team, friendly staff all around, quick and easy. 100% ready for any covid concerns having cleaning stations and ample room. Doctor Santos came in and helped me put in a temporary crown the same day I first called in. 2 week later he had a permanent crown put in that looks absolutely like a real tooth. Doc Santos was able to explain everything straight forward and answered all my questions.
