Jamestown Village Apartments

The 3 bed/2 bath apartment was spacious and contemporary hence two stars.
However, the noise is ridiculous and the neighbors in the N building on the 2nd floor are the rudest and most inconsiderate people. Music is blared all hours of the day and night at a volume that seems like your boom box is right next to you. This is in addition to banging and slamming doors and the ceiling to be malicious if you politely ask them to lower the volume because you work from home.

They cancelled my application after sending welcome letter. Never apologized and called them to figure out the decision.

Overall a good experience (everything was not perfect otherwise I would have given it a 5 star). For a baseline I am not a big complainer. Pros and cons of this place, according to me, are listed below.
Pros:
- 1 bedroom apartments are above 700 square ft and 2 bedroom are more than 900 square feet. I lived in both 1 and 2 bedroom and liked that there was ample space. Living rooms are big.
- Never had any safety concern. I could walk outside at night and never felt unsafe.
- I liked the location because it is very close to Walmart (5-10 minutes walk), PA Turnpike, Willow Grove Mall (5 minutes

I recently moved because it’s convenient for me and my bf and the cheapest in the area. We got an updated apartment which is nice but when we saw the apartment before signing the lease the previous owners had 2 cats and the apartment smelled like cat. The manager told us the floors would be clean before we moved. However that was not the case I was very disappointed when I moved in. We don’t have any pets so I know it wasn’t us. I complained and she came over and her exact words were “honestly I don’t smell anything, maybe it’ll hit me in a little” I was so irritated and couldn’t

Worst customer service. The property manager is really nice, and helpful! However, the manager needs to respond and listen to 'corporate'. Corporate does not care about anything, will not answer your calls. Will ignore you, and will not give you money back that is owed to you.

I do recommend this place.
This is my second year in this complex everything is good so far no complains, this morning the heating system was down in my apartment on my way to the office I meet Cris one of the technician and I told him about the issue I'm having, I do appreciate how he responds to my problem he change the heating unite and fix it on the spot.

My experience is going good.they organized Halloween fest and which was amazing .I had fun 😄😄

We have lived here for 6 years and we have had nothing but positive experiences . I must admit while the previous office managers were great the latest office manager is AWESOME! She truly tries her best to treat us as a community and not just an apartment complex. She always emails the residents with updates and necessary information.
Within the last 6-8 months there have been 3 main issues that have happened in my building all 3 issues were no fault of the management or company. What has impressed me the most is how Chrissy the latest office manager has handled the issues:
1- Washing machines

I cannot say enough good things about this complex. Management cares as do the maintenance workers. Repairs are timely made and the property is maintained beautifully. I am in my 15th year here. Yes, it is a bit more expensive but the security is worth it. I have the best neighbors too.

Peaceful community with super friendly staff. Conveniently located to Turn pike, Walmart, Home Depot and other major stores. Reasonable rent. The only negative about this place is that roofs and floors are super thin. You could actually follow a person as he/she walks on the floor above you.
