Absolutely lovely apartment complex. The staff aims to please, service calls are handled in a quick manner, and the residents are polite and quiet. We had lots of wildlife in our view - foxes, geese, deer, and lots of birds and squirrels. Close to the PA Turnpike and the Willow Grove Mall.

Do not bother. Maintenance takes way too long, managers are rude and do not care about your concerns unless you threaten to call headquarters. If you end up here, always take pictures of any issues and email them to the headquarters office.

Brandon was very nice and showed me a one bedroom apartment. Very spacious and great size. Just wished the price wasn’t as high as $1365 but again is Willow Grove.
