Although the actual apartment I live in is okay and in fact, management put in a lot of work to make this place look great, I am thoroughly disappointed with the noisy neighbor that lives directly above us. Apparently she has lived here over several years and has been a challenging tenant to deal with according to staff and other tenants that I’ve spoken to. 5 of the 7 months that we’ve lived here, we have reported to management the verbally abusive arguments going on upstairs as well as the body slamming floor pounding that goes on for hours. We have called the cops and even tried to reason

I lived at North Crossing Apartments for 3 years. I truly loved living there. The staff were absolutely wonderful. I never had any issues that were not dealt with in a professional manner. I've been a tenant for 2 years now and have no complaints. There has always been a letter on my door days in advance of when they come in to do yearly HVAC inspections. When I've had maintenance issues the staff has been extraordinarily responsive (poor man came out on Easter even after I said it could really wait) and always very pleasant. The area itself is secure and well lit. While I realize everyone's experience is different, I I love living here and have referred friends.

STAY AWAY!!! NO PRIVACY, UNANNOUNCED VISITS, RUDE MANAGEMENT. The maintenance staff will come over at their convenience, with or without your knowledge, at ANY hour. When you will complain about ANYTHING to management, they will be rude about it, and then ignore the remarks. One time I woke up to noise in my apartment, it was maintenance guy in my apartment, unannounced, while I slept! The most ridiculous place I have ever lived in. Me and my husband broke the lease and left the place as quickly as we could! Respect yourselves and you loved ones and STAY AWAY!!!
