I dined at Table 42 for the first time last weekend. I ordered a chicken special which was done in a marsala sauce with mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and spinach and it was absolutely delicious!!!! The smell, the taste .....mmmmm!!! I had enough to eat for dinner another night during the week and I was so excited! The service wasn't the best. Our server kept coming to the table to take our drink order, even though I did not want one, yet once we received our meals, she was nowhere to be found. Then once I wanted to order something, she walked away from me while i was ordering.??? The busboy could

Table 42 saved us during Covid. We ordered takeout every week of pizza or dinner for delivery and it always arrived hot and perfect for eating just like we were eating there. In addition, having lived in Dover for decades we discovered they had the best pizza in the area too. Their marinara sauce can’t be beat. They are definitely our go to place for the best dinner around. Their staff is excellent and they make great drinks too. Go there!! You will not be disappointed!!

I love this place. The food is awesome and the service incredible. They deliver quickly and the food is always hot.
Stopped in yesterday to pick up takeout and I have to say the Chicken Milanese sandwich is one of best I have ever had the pleasure of eating.
Also picked up a margarita bar pie and that too was just super.
If you are in the area I highly recommend giving them a try.

Delicious food and the waitress was extremely attentive and had some recommendations which we took. the pizza was delicious (sambuca pizza). one of my friends who isn't fond of pizza was very impressed with the taste of the pizza. waitress was very nice and checked on us several times during our dinner. at the end waitress also checked on our take out containers, asked if we wanted to split and did a nice job splitting the leftovers. was a pleasant experience. would return to try other entrees.
