BC Adobe realty was a very good management company. We rented a home in Boulder City and they managed the property. Anytime we had an issue with our property, they would have someone out promptly to remedy it. Definitely a good thing about renting. When things break, you don't pay to have them fixed.

My family was trying to rent a home in Boulder City and was so disappointed with our experience with this company. We waited for weeks for a response to our application and never did get one until I called to find out what was happening. I was treated rudely and told that i did not communicate what i wanted. I would not recommend this business and regret wasting my money. I had my heart set on Boulder City and was trying to convince my husband we should live there instead of Henderson, but maybe i will have to go with that instead.

I had purchased a home back in 2010....then as time went on, other things came up I had to call this company up for questions as being a first time home buyer. Then last Aug 2013, I called up for Rhonda and she never returns my calls when I requested few times. Now that's not the customer service I expect from this company after paying a lot of money for my home and I paid it off...that's pretty sad!!! Now, they act like they don't want my business anymore, can't believe that when they don't follow through. Their' excuse they're too busy...how they get customers

We have looked all over Boulder City and Kim has helped us find everything we could possibly want. She is on the ball and has paperwork almost instantly.
