Besides waiting almost a full hour from when my appointment was supposed to start, I had no issues with My service! Shyanne did absolutely amazing and made me actually like how my hair looked again. My previous… hair cut and style with the color I had was not nice at all, and I never wore my hair down because of it. I literally cried in my car after my appointment because I was so happy with how I looked. Shyanne did amazing, and I’ll be going back to her for as long as she’s doing hair.

I received a SNS set and a spa pedicure. The "spa" part of the pedicure was wonderful. However my nails started peeling at the edges that evening. Two of my nails (added length) fell off and I was simply washing my hair. My set lasted about three hours. Also I was not given time for my toes to dry, so they were smudged by the time I go to my car. I've emailed the salon twice about this experience and never heard back, so I guess they don't care.

I have sent 2 emails to Posh sharing my experience at the salon with no response. I was in town visiting my son for an extended period and was referred to Posh. I needed a cut and color. After over 2 hours I had a haircut that was not even close to the picture shared, my warm highlights look grey, and my color was left on for 75 min. This stylist graduated from beauty school last May and had 2 clients at the same time. The other woman was very worried as her color was also on for over an hour. Went in for a haircut ... the stylist was 1/2 hour late, although the salon was practically empty. While I was waiting, there was a gaggle of 20-somethings gathered at the front desk doing a whole lot of nothing. No one asked if I wanted some water, or apologized for the delay - just oblivious to the situation. Finally met the stylist- who had the personality of a paper towel - and explained to her what I wanted - and didn't want. She spent all of 60 seconds washing my hair and maybe 10 minutes cutting it. I don't recommend getting your hair cut or colored here. I came in to get my hair colored. I just wanted the color treatment, not a blowout or anything special. I was clear about that. After my stylist finished coloring my hair, she asked if she could curl my hair because she wanted to take a picture of my hair for her social media. I said sure, that's fine. Little did I know, she CHARGED ME for styling my hair. This place strikes me as very cash-grabby. Never again.

On 4/7/2021, Andrea waxed my face with wax that was way too hot. At first I thought I was just red, but by the 2nd and 3rd days, my doctor told me I had 2nd degree blistering burns. He immediately referred me to a plastic surgeon. I am now hoping to fight infection and avoid serious scarring. DO NOT GO TO POSH SALON.

I've only gone here for the Brazillian waxes. I've tried two different waxers and they've both been amazing!! My first waxer was very educational and had a relaxing setting. I went to her several times but she ended up switching salons. So, my new waxer has been just as awesome. Also super informed and experienced. The atmosphere each of them provide is just so relaxing and pleasant.
I will say that the atmosphere in the salon though is not so friendly. The front

Called to book an appointment here while I was in town. Was given a 6:30 pm Thursday appt then I received a call about an hour later from Megan saying she saw that I had been booked for a massage with her but "unfortunately" she was no longer working on Thursdays. I love this salon and all the artists are great but my personal favorite is Tabitha Carter! Tabitha helped me when I had a hair tragedy and made it look so beautiful and now I love it and feel confident! I… could not recommend anyone better! The FIRST picture was what my hair looked like before coming to Tabitha (tragedy) and the 2 pictures after that are how Tabitha fixed it for me. 💕 10/10 recommend!!

Just went to Posh for a first visit. Always risky. But ya gotta do it right? Happy to say I got lucky. Worked with a stylist named Chelsea and she was great. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she delivered. She did not give me the haircut she wanted to give me. She gave me the haircut I wanted. That sometimes gets lost during the middle of the cut.

I've been to Posh twice now, once a couple of years ago for cut and color (when ombré was the thing ), and this past time just for a style and cut. Both times were good- color had some unexpected bumps in the road with the stylist, but she is no longer there- but the style and cut this past week was awesome! Casey is great, and gave me exactly what I was wanting! Make sure to tip well, as these stylists are doing everything they can and making themselves uncomfortable all day (mask wearing, social distancing measures are in place well there!) so they can provide a service to customers! I took my daughter in to get an idea of how much her highlites would cost. I was told 70 to 90 dollars depending on the level of stylist so I bought a gift card for 110 to be safe and for the tip. Thursday she made her appointment and was charged 60 dollars over the 110 gift card with no warning till she went to pay. Lauren was amazing!!
Went in for lash extensions for the first time today, and she was awesome. Super friendly and made me feel right at home. Time flew by. Not to mention, my lashes look amazing. There is a huge difference, and I feel a thousand times more confident. I can't stop looking at myself!

I haven't been able to go back cause of a very busy schedule and traveling but she did great with my hair and I plan on making an appt this week!
She was professional and gave me her opinions. I told her to surprise me after showing her some pictures and she gave me exactly what I was asking for and I love my hair!!!
