In 2008, however, a then tiny shop in Lexington, Kentucky offered up a spot that helped us return to something a little more exceptional. It felt like Truvy's house-meets-tattoo-parlor-meets-soda-stand. Everything a beauty shop should be, with more personality than Dolly herself.

Shelby L. is my one an only choice for hair color/extensions! She’s one of a kind at her work and leaves me feeling like a brand new woman! I couldn’t ask for anyone better. Most recently, she took me from a blonde to a red and it couldn’t have been better. I’ll always come back to her!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Going here every 8-10 weeks is my therapy and escape from the world. The vibe is right on point, their professionalism is amazing, they are always on time, and offer a luxurious experience (water and ale-8 offered, comfy sitting areas for waiting, such kind treatment, etc). Morgan Switzer is my stylist and I adore her! She is beyond amazing at her job and every single time I leave and go back to work, my co-workers say "I think this is the best she has ever done!" ...and then 8-10 weeks they say it again! This has to mean she continuously outdoes herself. I have extensions, glazes

I recently moved here from NC and am so relieved to have found my new hair home on the first try. Kayla is super friendly and was very informative. I really appreciate how she talked through my ideas for moving forward with my hair and explained why certain decisions would be better for me than others. We came up with a game plan for my next upcoming appointment for new color and I am excited to see the end result. Everything about Cha Cha's is amazing. The atmosphere when you walk in makes you feel like you are just hanging out with your friends. Love it there!

I’ve known Madi for around 7 years and she’s the only person I trust with my hair. I moved away from Lexington and still drove down on my days off because I could never leave her! She even was my stylist on my wedding day and now I consider her like family. Cha Chas is also the hippest salon in town and I love the vibe. I’ll be going there for the rest of my life!
