Services
Focus on stopping the bleeding and protecting the injured tooth or area by following the appropriate instructions in this section. Virtual screening is an easy way to consult with a dentist from your smartphone, tablet or computer. Similar to braces, clear aligners use a gradual force to control tooth movement, but without metal wires or brackets.
A virtual dental consultation, also known as virtual screening, is an easy way to receive essential oral health care without having to visit the dentist's office. Talk with a board-certified dentist who can listen to your concerns, make a diagnosis, and even prescribe medication as necessary. Book an appointment online or call us to set up a live video appointment with a dentist from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
If a natural tooth-colored porcelain crown is chosen, our CEREC CAD/CAM treatment gives patients a completed permanent crown in just one office visit. Other types of crowns require two office visits. Your Dentist will recommend the best type of crown for your dental restoration needs based on the chewing placement and structure of the tooth or implant that requires protection.
Routine dental checkups are vital to good oral hygiene and are the best way to detect problems at their earliest stages. Early detection and treatment saves unnecessary discomfort, time and money. The Academy of General Dentistry recommends checkups twice a year. Oral hygiene needs change with age and the condition of your teeth and gums.
A filling repairs and restores the surface of a tooth that has been damaged by decay, fracture, or wear. A dental filling strengthens the tooth. If tooth decay is not repaired at its early stages, it will worsen and additional or alternative dental treatments may be necessary. With proper care and routine oral hygiene, a filling has a lifespan of 5-12 years, depending upon the type of filling material used.

The positives of this office is its location, and new-ness, and thats it. I can't imagine ever suggesting this office to anyone. Like others have mentioned they sell hard. Don't be surprised when they don't want to do your free preventative care cleaning and scare you into the 'deep clean' treatment for $200+. They also sell the upgrades to other procedures aggressively. We were also then owed money, as a dentist being one of the few 'medical' places that want you to pre-pay. Of course you must inquire/request/ push to get that over paid amount back, and then they ask if you want it to be a credit

Hard selling on extra work. You think automotive repair places are bad. I had a bridge replaced after my first visit. They tried to offer me a bridge from their office for $3000 more than a standard bridge. The only difference was a warranty from them which meant I had to use them for all of my dental work. I purchased the bridge and had a cleaning appointment 3 months later. They offered me a deep clean for $400 and "You need to replace the other bridge". The financial adviser comes in the dentist leaves. I talk to her and say "OK, I'll think about it". I still want my teeth cleaned regular.

They won't do a regular cleaning effectively. The first thing they do is dig for gold. I went there for a regular cleaning. They did find a tooth under a bridge that needed a root canal but was also told I also had a cavity. The specialist that came in for the root canal said I did not have a cavity. All done the dentist was embarrassed by the money grab. I scheduled a cleaning for 3 months after the work. I was told my other bridge "had a cavity" I needed to replace it at $3500. I was also told I had 4-5 gaps in my gums, I needed $400 deep cleaning not a regular cleaning. I said

Today had to be one of the worst days. I arrived early and my appointment was at 10. 10:20 I’m still in the lobby. Finally get called to the back and still waited another 15 minutes. The dentist finally came and ended up having technical issues where I had to be moved to a different room. Got moved and was left another 15 minutes with no communication. I ended up getting up and letting the front desk know that 50 minutes is ridiculous as there was no regard for my time.

Very friendly staff and Dr Young makes sure to get you taken care of quickly. If you have a choice make sure to ask for Devon as your hygienist! Her amazing attitude and calm demeanor make even getting plaque scrapped off your teeth a plesant experience. Would for sure recommend if youre in the georgetown area.

I have few dental issues (no crowns, caps or implants). This dentist does fine with the basics.
However, my husband has all of the above. He had a cap fall off and the dentist could not properly fix it. Three times they addressed this. The cap was either offset or would fall off a week after. He finally gave up and tried a different dentist in Georgetown; the cap was addressed properly on the 1st visit. He is now using that dentist for everything.
My last appt was a scheduling nightmare. I booked it 6 months in advance. I should have been there for 1 hour. I was there for 2.5 hours where almost

10000% recommend Dr. Young.
I don't know about you but starting with a new dentist makes me nervous. Finding a good dentist who treats you right, respects your time and doesn't try to add or up sale items to your treatments etc. is a hard thing to find. Even harder in a smaller city like Georgetown.
Dr Young blew me away the first time I was treated by him. It's the small things that count and show you that he cares. IE. Before my. Initial numbing shot he told me to wiggle my toes and man so much easier. What the heck have previous dentist been doing???
In the end you could

This place has no transparency on their pricing. They show one estimate , show one out-of-pocket amount , charge something else to the insurance , say that x-ray is free but charge the insurance , show line items in insurance charge in which there is no amount reported ( hidden from you ) and then say you might get additional charge if insurance does not pay. A professionally run place should know the details of the treatment when they estimate , what they will / will not be paid by insurance and how much a patient will pay out of pocket. If they cannot do this much homework ahead of time , they

I have always dreaded going to the dentist.NOT ANYMORE. AMAZING experience!!! Haven't been to the dentist in 12 years. They made it easy and enjoyable. Shawni and Emelia are very welcoming at the front desk and helped me navigate paperwork and insurance like a breeze. Crystal was great with doing my x-rays and polish/floss. Dr.Young was fantastic at going through each picture and step, and where I need to a for the future. The staff all around is fun, interactive and I will NEVER go to another dentist again. You have gained a customer for life, and I will be recommending you to everyone. If you

I can’t say enough good things about Wolf Ranch dental group. From the moment I made my appointment til the very end of my procedure they made me feel welcome and comfortable. I had a cracked tooth and was in so much pain, when I called they got me in the very next day. Upon arrival I was greeted by their super friendly front desk staff. After X-rays and meeting with the doctor, they informed me I’d be needing a root canal done. They started the process that day. Dr. Kim and Dr. Strong were thorough, knowledgeable and made sure I was never in pain through out the process. Their friendliness

I have gone to this dentist before but I had insurance. When I called to make my appointment I told them I did not have insurance and the day of the appointment I called a couple of hours before appointment to tell them again I do not have insurance and to ask the cost for a teeth cleaning. I was told $59 dollars. I arrived at 1:00 pm and was greeted and given X-rays by a very friendly technician and then escorted to a room where I spent the next hour and a half waiting to get my teeth cleaned. A dental hygienist looked at my mouth and used her little poking tool to measure my gums etc. she said

Dr. Lauren Conway is great, caring and professional, her assistant was also amazing. I felt very comfortable the entire time. They both made sure I wasn’t in any pain, explained everything and was so fast! Devon did my cleaning and she was professional and bubbly. While waiting in the lobby, the receptionist were nice and sanitized everything after every use. Highly recommend!

They still owe me a refund for a core build up that they charged me for that was something that was covered by my insurance from back in July. They also like to over charge for procedures they didn't do. I went in for a root canal and paid by balance once I was done, to my surprise when I got my EOB from my insurance they billed my insurance for an obstruction on that root canal, at no time during or after the root canal did they say I had an obstruction. They are now billing me for $420 for a procedure that they didn't do. I have called multiple times and every time I am told they will

Wow! The staff here is amazing! They are super transparent about everything and really explain what is needed! The place was clean and a lot of friendly faces. I had just come from great expressions where I felt they were charging unnecessary fees! The owner was also very open and talked to us about everything! Definitely recommend!!!

Attempted a transfer to this location from South Park Dental for a regular teeth cleaning, and the doctor told me I had gum disease. Granted, the doctor is pushing 70 and his hands were shaking when he was "probing my gums" causing me to bleed more than normal. He then proceeded to have me consult with a rep in his office to up sell me on a "deep cleaning" for $800. The office also had me take more x-rays and mouth photos after doing this 5 months ago when their affiliate. First time I've ever walked-out of a dentist office without having my teeth cleaned.

I had beautiful veneers that were on my teeth for almost 8 years . I have now had his crowns for two years and two of them broke off one braking my tooth underneath and I had to get posts put on both and new crowns so more money . I spent over 25,000$ with dr young for him to F up my mouth entirely where it

My first visit here I got a fever blister (my first) and I should have stopped at that visit but Ashley was one of the best hygienist I have had. I started feeling a pain to my lip during X-ray. Then I saw the owner Dr Young to replace a crown. Turns out I had no cavities showing on the X-ray. I was there for 5 hours the first time before getting the temporary crown. Went back for permanent crown and after they put the crown on it was too light in color so I waited an hour for them to darken it. Might I mention I have 27 crowns in my mouth and never had this happen. After crown was put on
