Focused on pre-school martial artists, this program focuses on developing listening skills, balance and coordination, and cognitive development. Tiger-Cub classes are typically 30 minutes in length. A typical lesson will have your child perform basic kicking and striking movements. The repetitive nature of these movements aim to build a child's physical coordination and listening skills.
Our adult martial artists have an after-work destination that will aid in their physical fitness, improve cardiovascular health, and help lose weight. Middle school and high school martial artists will learn essential self-defense, build on their athleticism, and gain key leadership skills. Our daily life's crazy, hectic schedules can cause a great deal of stress and affect our peace of mind.

So I contacted this facility about their afterschool program orginally via phone & was told no problem at all, they had a great afterschool program with a bus pickup, & I needed to come in to pick up registration packages. When I went in to do so a few days later, the women I spoke to was extremely rude, did not introduce herself, just asked me what school my children went to. When I gave her the school, she said, "oh we dont pick up from there.", even though I had not asked about after school pick up. Seems like my Beautiful brown skin may have detoured her from making a sell & made her

Awesome instructors that are great with the kids. They do a great job still instilling a sense of purpose and respect, while keeping the classes fun and engaging. They allow the students to advance at their own pace and offer ways of students expanding beyond the traditional martial arts forms. Can't recommend them any more highly!
