One of the staff said "Your family can't read." as an insult to our faces. She harassed my family for the entire day. By the way, that "family that can't read" in the reception hall had a PhD, two attorneys, a district Judge, and a few engineers but ok lady. She then proceeded to try and make us do things that weren't a part of the agreement. Basically she tried to shove all of her responsibilites such as mopping the floors after everyone left, washing the tableclothes, and putting away the tables and chairs to the rest of us and when we told her that her manager never said we needed to do that

The staff were uncooperative and condescending to us. They also refused to let us set up beforehand. Instead, we had to set up for the event the day of, which was incredibly stressful. After our event was over, the staff member there tried to push their cleanup work onto the guests that stayed to help us get our things in order. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are going to be better places than this.

I'm happy to know that there is a venue place like this one so that my friends and families will never go back to this hall ever again. They have horrible staff members! Rude and also very disrespectful. It is extremely unprofessional to run a business with attitudes carrying like that. Such characters as like: flipping hands and actually hit a person nearby on the shoulder, throwing a broom stick to the floor for us to sweep, shouting at others and locking doors and closing doors on others purposely. My 2-cents is, they seriously need to take some professionalism-101 class or go back to grade

The annual St Maron party (close to feb 9th). Is always a success. They have a different life seniors every year. Food is homemade by volunteers but supervised by the professionals. Typically social 6 to 7 food is served 7 to 9 and then singing and dancing from 9 PM till midnight. Family friendly environment. People don't get drunk at this event. The only thing I don't like about Cedars Hall is the lack of paintings on the wall. However most of the time weddings and quincinnieras they get their own decoration. Professional kitchen. Ample parking space n both sides: thank you St Bonofacio

I reached out and asked if they were available for our date. I was told yes. My fiencee and I toured the place. I asked a couple questions a few days later and got a response. Then when I contact them about giving the deposit all communication was stopped. I sent 3 emails and one phone call. My fiancée got ahold of him about 3 weeks after I had contacted him about getting the deposit. Then at that time he said there were two other parties that were interested in that date before us. No he just wanted to rent the whole space instead of half the space to us. Or he should have told us that back when

Cedars Hall worked great for our corporate training event with nearly 500 people attending. The facility can support that many people without a problem. The only minor inconvenience was the parking. Many people had to park several blocks away, so this could be an issue in the winter.

I just had my wedding here on June 4th, 2016. We rented the hall for a large 400 person wedding and since we live in New Jersey, we not only had to deal with the complications of long distance planning but we had the extra difficult task of trying to get a hold of anyone capable of answering our questions.

We chose Cedars Hall because there are not many venues in the Twin Cities that can fit a wedding that large. It also helped that my sister had gotten married there 5 years ago so we were familiar with the layout and location.

Unfortunately, over the last 5 years, many things have changed
