Our classroom-based services provided by the school based team include individual, family and/or group psychotherapy for children and/or parents. Our contract with the VA enables us to provide a variety of services to Veterans at our offices or via Tele Mental Health and also our Veterans' Mobile Care Coordination Team (VMCCT).

Since 2014, Family360 Inc. has been providing outpatient mental health and chemical dependency services for children, veterans, elderly, and adults. Family360 Inc. has grown from a single therapist providing counseling services to an agency with multiple Licensed and Board-Certified professionals providing in-clinic and out of clinic services.
As Founder and President of Family360 & Hosanna Ministries, Inc. Center in Conyers, Georgia, I would like to take a moment and share with you our vision for today and tomorrow. Please note that you are responsible for paying any amount due in full at the time of your visit. We accept most major insurance, cash, check, money order, and credit or debit cards. You will receive a bill for services not covered by your insurance company and you will be responsible for paying for these services.
Our ultimate goal is to be a holistic outpatient mental health service provider to individuals to promote and sustain healthy families and communities. To provide comprehensive, integrated mental health, substance abuse, and mental retardation-developmental disability services that promote the health and quality of life of our community members.

I was sent into a panic attack during a call with their therapist and dr.maul never followed up with my complaint when I did he said he said made a note and that is all that will be done. I have report DR.maul and the therapist to their licensing board and I recommend that everyone that had an issue do the same. They should not be counseling anyone!!!!!!

My husband and I have only been going here 5 months and 4 out of those 5 appointments were rescheduled. We drove almost an hour in traffic to get to our appointment this afternoon, only to be told that the doctor isn’t there and our appointment was next week when we had an appointment card confirming it was today. We’ve gone over a week without our medications more than once. Everytime I had to call the front desk to explain to them that since we are prescribed narcotics that our prescriptions could not be called in, that we needed a paper prescription, I was given the run around.
