Services
Raven Counseling Services, Inc (RCS) is a for profit organization with clinical expertise in mental health and substance abuse disorders. RCS has provided clinical and supportive services to families and individuals between the ages of 4-65 years. Staffed with nurses, licensed psychologists, therapists and paraprofessionals we utilize a team approach to treat our clients.
Intensive Family Intervention (IFI) is family centered and delivered to a targeted population of families at greater risk of disruption. Therapeutic services are provided to children 5 years and above who have been diagnosed with severe emotional and mental disorders.
These services are provided by highly educated and experienced team of three professionals; a team leader who is licensed by the State of Georgia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, CACII) and two to three full-time paraprofessionals who work under the supervision of the Team Leader.Caseloads are kept low to provide maximum monitoring for safety and allow for the level of interaction between the IFI team, the client and the family.

GA: Licensed Therapist - LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or certified CACII and has at least 3 years of experience working with children with SED. Must have a minimum of a bachelors degree in a human services field with at least one year proven experience in providing direct cares services to the Mentally Ill population, preferably IFI.

Very disappointed with this counseling service. I had been going here for over 2 years. I had to stop and break my ties with this office because Audrey betrayed my trust. I think she was more concerned with her and her brothers weddings. In the end she crossed the line with my trust. I'm really considering contacting a lawyer because of the emotional distress I suffered. Please consider another service. To add insult to injury, Mrs. Cotton, the owner, never inquired as to why I left very abruptly. I wasted time and should have received better service.

Horrible experience! When I decided to leave, I talked to Dr. Cassandra Cotton to inform her I was leaving. In addition I asked if I could sit down to go over billing since they do not mail bills nor go over bills no with you at all. She said she would have her billing representative call me. They never did! When I received my insurance statements. Her office CHARGED for days I was NOT in the office.
When I immediately went to the office and to get copies of the records, she offered me $$$. I told her I had already informed the insurance company!!
Do not go here!!! Very dishonest organization

Dr. Cassandra Conton and her staff, along with Dr. Gaston (that works with her as well) is absolutely the best! I have been been dealing with/seeing therapists and psychiatrists for the past 16 years and Dr. C and the staff here at Raven Counseling Services is BY FAR the best I have been to! They are ALWAYS on time, you ALWAYS see the actual doctor (not a nurse practitioner), and they are very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommended them to anyone inside or outside of the Conyers, Ga area!
