Phoenix Rising Counseling Services, LLC (PRCS), as a company, was created out of a passion and a desire to assist individuals, families, and communities in their time of need. It is our belief that when life seems it's darkest and it seems as if there is no light at the end of the tunnel, there is in fact hope.
