AZ Residential Management specializes in professional leasing and management of single residential homes and condominiums. We understand that you see your property as an investment; our company works with owners to help protect and grow their investments. We specialize in the valley-wide Phoenix market and have experience in managing residential rental properties specific to that area.
Late charge - If rent is not received by the 3rd by 5pm, there is a late charge of $100.00 plus tax and $10.00 per day starting on the 5th until rent is paid in full. Check return - If a check is returned, there is a $25.00 check return charge. If one check is returned for insufficient funds or stop payment, we will only accept money orders or cashier's checks for the remainder of the lease term.
A 5 day property inspection form will be provided to you upon move in. During your first 5 days of tenancy mark any property defects on the form and return the filled-out form to our office ASAP. If we do not receive the report within the allowed 5 days we will have to hold you responsible for any damage that may happen during your tenancy.
We handle late night tenant phone calls and emergency maintenance issues, so you don't have to interrupt your daily life. Plus, we have the knowledge, licensing, and insurance necessary to understand and comply with regulations, including tenant-landlord law, Fair Housing and evictions. Our experience saves you time and helps you avoid costly mistakes.

Dishonest. No integrity. I rented from them for over 2 years. I was a great tenant. I was told by the home owner that I took "great care of the house" and I never paid rent late. After move out, they hit my deposit with bogus charges. I tried contacting them day after day to ask what these charges were (they did not provide invoices). I called multiple employees multiple times and let voice mails, I sent several emails to multiple employees. I tried going to their office during business hours and they were not there. I even left a note in the drop box and they still ignored me. Very unprofessional

I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!! They have terrible customer service!!! Once they get your money and your signatures they couldn't care less about being friendly!! I find Sharee so horribly rude that I have been assigned someone else in the office as a contact!!! You can never speak to anyone it's all done through email and quiet often you don't even get a response. Now they sent me a 5 day eviction notice for nonpayment of September 2013 rent. I have the money order receipt for that month and every month. I have spoken with money gram and my money order for September rent was cashed
