Worked with Dan to install a roof at our place in N Phx. Dan was amazing! Apart from the work itself, I had some amazing conversations with him and he was very supportive of our situation and sometimes even went beyond to save us extra costs. We had so many estimates from roof companies and some of them were also a lot cheaper, but after talking to Dan, we knew we did not want anyone else. Strong wind damaged our patio roof and of the several estimates we received from various roofing companies Daryl from In-ex Designs made us feel like his company would provide us the best service. They did. From the beginning there was exceptional communication between us and In-ex. We had a Family gathering out of town and the work was scheduled… to meet our time-frame. No problem. Great experience from start to finish. They not only did an excellent job but the quality and attention to detail was outstanding. Sorry to say that I watched the progress from start to finish (probably made the crew uncomfortable lol) but I never had one incident where I had to question what they were doing. Very fairly priced but with exceptional quality. Definitely would recommend.

Very pleased with my experience with In-Ex Roofing. Their estimate wasn't the cheapest I received but I felt comfortable with the professional way Daryl Cook explained what the tear-off and shingle re-roof would entail. The work contract was well detailed and when I did have some questions they were answered quickly and to my satisfaction. The work crew was professional, courteous, on time and completed the work sooner than expected. An inspector from In-Ex Roofing came out the following day to look over the completed work. In-Ex Design exceeded expectations in every aspect of my roof installation. They were prompt with getting someone to my home to provide an estimate and the estimator (Rubin) was very thorough in his explanation as to how the installation process would be completed. Their price was competitive and their estimate was very detailed. Once I made the decision to use In-Ex I was assigned a coordinator (Catrina) that kept me in the loop as far as delivery of material and commencement of work.

Very professional company. Scott was always available to answer questions both by text and by phone. The crew showed up early for the job which was competitively priced with other quotes. The crew were relatively quiet with their work and respectful to our property. They cleaned up after themselves and left the job site as they found it. I would recommend this company if you have roofing needs.

The price was fair, the warranty was longer than some, and I appreciated that the estimate included some items that others do not. Scott and another man were here to give me a quote for resealing the flat part of my roof, about 3500 sq ft. It is a normal job with no problems, leaks or odd requirements. They were on the roof and with me to go over everything for quite some time. They were to get back to me with the quote in a day or so, by e-mail. After a couple of days, I sent them an e-mail and left a phone message. They have failed to contact me in any manner. I would not recommend them.

It starts at the top -- Scott Lynn made a very attractive bid proposal. It made the selection to go with In-Ex easy. In-Ex would not disappoint. The guys on the crew were skilled, professional and efficient. After the job was complete Scott circled back and made sure we happy with the result. And we are! We have just under 3000 square feet and the entire roof was replaced in less than 4 days.

Daryl was prompt, efficient and professional during the bid process. He gave me a fair estimate and his projected start time for the project was right on. Effective communication throughout the process. Site Managers Jorge and Johnny were efficient and answered all of my questions. The crew was amazing and finished the entire job in 2 long days,… minimizing the disruption of everyday family life. The cleanup was also impressive, I think I found 1 nail and nothing else. I highly recommend In-Ex for your roofing jobs. We're ready for the monsoons now!

After the big rains, we had large leaks flowing into the garage. Quotes ranged to over $1000's. Daryl came out and gave us an honest repair quote at by far the best price. We're going to need a new roof in the next couple of years, so he wanted to fix the problem at hand, correctly, to last until we replace everything. No need to spend extra now… for no reason! The crew showed up on time and had the job done in half a day. Repaired everything, set up some extra water flow safeguards, and left everything clean. We'll definitely use them when we replace our roof. Great customer care!! Thanks

This is only the 2nd Yelp review that I have actually been motivated to write on behalf of a merchant or service. My wife and I have a tile roof home in the Ahwatukee area. Our home was built in 1995, so over the years some of the tiles have either broken or fallen off in various places. In-Ex Designs did a wonderful job repairing my clients roof! I'm a Realtor and the repairs were called out on the home inspection by the buyer. I looked in our company's Vendor List and In-Ex Designs was recommended by several of our Realtors, so I called them. They returned my call very quickly, came out the next day and assessed the repairs needed, 2 days later they made all the repairs in a very professional way, they even matched the tile colors on a 20 year old roof!
