A representative, David Kemlage cost you a client today. He sent me an email that did not contain any kind of answer to my questions about the property. He also spelled my name very incorrectly despite it being provided to him correctly in the lead information as well as it being a major part of my email. When I pointed this out to the rep he responded in a very unprofessional manner. Worst realty company in America.. they make everything so miserable. We were with them for 4 years and are so glad to be out from under this uncaring company. The first place we lived at for 2 years then when we finally demanded the orange well water to be fixed they said the owner was selling the house. So we had to move, they put us in another house which was a foreclosure, for the last two years in that house we have been getting court letters that in the last few months said the home was being sold to hud. I've been with Apex 3 years now and they are very understanding and have helped me alot. Maria is who I am always speaking with, i spoke to Brian once and he was super nice, Maria she is such a down to earth person. If u keep good communication with anyone they will treat u the same. I am happy to be a tenant. I have had very bad experiences in the past where they are not willing to work with u but not Apex. Apex is good to me. I called David Kemlage to check on the availability of a house That was newly posted. He mentioned that if I put in an application immediately, I would be the first person selected for renting the unit. I actually did submit the application within 5 minutes of our conversation. I called him to confirm that I put in the first application. He stated that I did put in the first application. I took an hour off of work to meet him at the listed house. I used Apex for 3 years as a property manager for my home. In those three years I had two renters and since the day I placed it on the market for rent, it was always under lease. My property was 1700 miles away and Apex was able to give me a peace of mind that everything was being professionally managed. I would have given 0, but that's not an option. They will definitely steal your deposit, so make no plans to get your deposit money back. We left the house in better condition than when we moved in, however, we were charged $225 for cutting the grass. $225!! No one charges $225 for cutting the lawn. That's ridiculous. Also, we were charged $250 for cleaning, however, the man who completed our walk-through when we moved out said the house was very clean. Dishonest and misleading because he said there was nothing wrong with condition of the house. Either he lied to us, or the office staff is completely

I rented from this company for a year and they never had a clue. I can’t believe they are actually in business. Would not ever rent from them again. I gave them one star because at least I got my entire deposit back but that’s because they probably didn’t have records of how the house was when I moved in. The way they handled telling me that the house was being put up for sale was shameful. I received an email with an attachment stating I was a good tenant and they would recommend me to other homeowners. That’s how I found out after 16 months they were giving me notice. If I could list zero stars I would. The lady in the office named Sara is very rude and I have spent alot of money to get my home livable. The home was filthy the pool was green and the HVAC did not work. I fixed all of the issues out of my pocket and did not get my money back. I have lived in this home for 5 months and Sara called my wife to tell her to

Never rent from this company they should be put out of buisness, if I could give them negative stars I would. Terrible company ran by terrible people that does not care about their tenants. All they care about is money so dont expect your security deposit back even if you do spend money and hours on cleaning the place, they will still say they paid a bogus amount to fix whatever done by a family member.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The woman at the main office is nothing but rude on the phone the two times I spoke with her. I have been trying to look at a rental property the past 12 hours which was agreed upon by a realtor named Dave when then shut off his phone during the times in which I was supposed to meet with him.
