Cannot thank you enough for making this well worth year three of living here! Besides loving the space in the apartment you take all the worry away.
Instant response with each need for maintenance - I gave you the trifecta this week and everything was dealt with in a timely manner - friendly service and follow up. This has been a great living situation. I appreciate all that each one of you does in making this a great place to live.

Wonderfully managed. Only had to call for maintenance 1 time over my entire lease and they were quick and fixed the problem with no issue. Onsite management is fantastic. Really great people. Very well kept grounds. Apartments are nice as well! Near literally every shopping need possible.

My fiancee and I put in an application and were denied. He makes more than enough money to meet the required income. We have good credit and no criminal backgrounds. His credit report was never checked. He knows this because he gets alerts each time his credit is checked. We were approved for two other places and the rent is much higher. We feel we were discriminated against. The reason we are unaware. We would not live there if the rent was free.

My mother inquired about available apartments and woman who I assume is the complex manager told her that the complex accepts Belmont but the required income to be accepted was 50k a year. It is clear that this woman did not know what she was talking about as anyone who was making 50k a year wouldn't qualify for Belmont. She refused to give my mother an application. Very unprofessional and ignorant. After my mother told me her experience and I read the reviews of similar experiences, I had to share.
Take your business elsewhere perhaps a place that does not baselessly discriminate.

Great complex and people. we moved in a few months ago and from the moment we came to check out the apartment all the employees were super nice and have helped a lot. 100% recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a great apartment

They never got back for an available apartment! And this location is not good unless you love small apartments with shared doors. They say that they go with housing assistance pay but I am still waiting over 4 years for a call back! Terrible location and amenities!
