Regency Court Apartments

Recently aquired a job with the Buffalo Bills as a social media manager and was looking for a place as close as possible. Filled out an application with my fiance and was promptly responded to same day asking which apartment I'd like and asked for the 1st months rent. Next day was called back saying that the apartment was no longer available and that my deposit was not able to be refunded. They told me they are then no longer available until another 3 months. Had a friend call back and there were 5 available apartments. Descrimination??? What a cash grab. Ended up staying away from tri-city rentals

I have lived at this location for over 5 years. The staff is great. always answering the phone professionally and willing to help. Any maintenance issues are handled quick. Also, the management is awesome, Jack, Brandy and the team have always resolved my issues.

Beware & stay away at all cost. Brandy just picked up the line and literally hung up on me in the middle of our conversation about the residential property. This is definitely not an act of kindness. I'm absolutely grateful to not be a resident here (imagine that). RATING should = Zero. ***They most definitely need a new receptionist who has better customer service skills or risk losing business to this rude lady.

As a current resident of Regency Court for almost a year, me and my fiancé’s experience here has been a very enjoyable one! The complex is very well kept, maintenance is always quick to respond to any issue, and when it came to the snow in the winter they were always quick to clear the parking lots.
The apartments are very spacious, with modern appliances, great air conditioning and heat as well as looking great (we love exposed brick in the kitchen!) Can’t wait for the warm weather to spend more time on the patio and then time at the pool!

I love living here!! My boyfriend and I finally decided to get our own apartment back in August and I am so thankful to have found this one. The walls and ceilings are sound proof (won’t hear your upstairs neighbors walking or talking/yelling), it is well-built, and even for a garden floor apartment we rarely see bugs and never have any dampness! There’s even a dining room that fits a good sized table and even a large China cabinet. Comes with a nice stove, microwave and a strong dishwasher. The A/C unit and heating system has never failed us. Living room is large enough to fit 2 large couches

Ok apartments, but one way in and the same way out leads to traffic and when snow other issues! Not even connected to another side street or back street... Not great for relaxing or to feel at home in.

My husband and I have lived at Regency Court for more than 3 years, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment. The maintenance staff is wonderful and all requests are seen to very quickly. The office staff have never been anything but kind and helpful. The grounds are meticulously kept so you can get out on time for work even on the snowiest days. We are in one of the top floor apartments with the vaulted ceilings and open floor plan (would recommend if there is availability), so it feels more like a house than an apartment. I only lived here for 6 months, but it was pleasant and the staff was friendly. I lived on the "garden level" which actually wasn't too bad. I liked being right next to the laundry room, but you can hear everything the upstairs neighbors do. No soundproofing whatsoever. It was fairly priced though and I had a good move out experience. The location is literally perfect. The pool is awesome. The only downside is that they don't allow big dogs.

Been here 4 years and love it. Everything outside done all the time repairs done immediately if possible. Great exercise room great tennis court. Great pool good staff
