When I moved into one of their Peppertree Drive apartments, the entire place was disgusting, had to clean it myself. Tear in my living room carpet, stains all over the toilets, bathtub, walls, floors, stove, cupboards. Appliances continually malfunctioned; I tolerated literally all of it and then as a grand prize at the end I get stiffed $990 off of my security deposit for cleaning charges.
