Our Repair Staff are qualified in repairing and maintaining equipment from these accomplished manufactures: Sunrise Medical, Permobil, Invacare, Pride Mobility, Quantum, Drive, Amylior, Golden Technology and many more. This included most brands of manual and power wheel chairs as well as mobility scooters, ambulatory devices and custom seating.

Best place possible. They really tell you what you need & also let you know if you don't need it or how to save money. They're in it for you not the money. Also rented a hospital bed from them & the person who installed it helped me disassemble the existing bed & put it on the garage which he wasn't required to do. Wonderful person.

I wanted to get a prescription for equipment filled, and signs were posted inside and out that masks were required, but when I went inside and saw a few customers without them, I didn't feel safe and left.
Don't post signs implying that you care about the health and safety of your customers if you don't enforce them.

I really want to thank all the representatives at South Bay Home Health Care. Beginning with the phone service representatives, they are always so professional, helpful and kind. Over the years the staff have been exceptional, very knowledgeable, and quick to find solutions to assist in my healing . One notable representative is Gilbert, after my car accident I suffered grave injuries, his humor, knowledge about this store products kept me coming back . I went from not walking to walking Gilbert was always there helping me with products that helped with my healing and I am truly thankful.

We were in dire need for an electronic medical bed for a family member. Gilbert was very helpful and helped me choose additional items we were going to need. The bed arrived the next day as promised. Reggie assembled the electronic bed in minutes. They made a stressful situation a lot less stressful for our family.

We bought my wife a Pride scooter from MobilityCare in 2018. They price-matched one of the big on-line mobs and delivered it promptly fully assembled and charged (which the online mob wouldn't have done). They responded quickly to a minor warranty hassle, and also responded helpfully to a recent problem that occurred just out of warranty (turns out it was our goof not the scooter). We have dealt with Kate who is caring and competent. I highly recommend them.

My Mother recently went in to purchase some Compression Socks. She was told that they would probably measure her and have them fitted correctly. Well, they did not fit them correctly now she has a wound reopened in an area, which recently healed. These people do not do their job correctly, if you're going to sell to people in need of medical care. At least, have compassion and do your job correctly! Instead of looking at everyone as a number! Would you do the same treatment to your Mother? Do not recommend at all after hearing from my Mother on their service!

I visited South Bay Home Health Care to purchase a rollator for my Mom. She spent over an hour trying out all the options. The store has a wonderful variety to choose from. The staff was patient, informative & professional with all of my Mom's questions & concerns. After she made a decision on the model, they provided the paperwork needed for her doctor to complete for Medicare to cover a portion of the costs.
Weeks later I came back with the paperwork to purchase the rollator my Mom had chosen. I had so many problems

This has been our "go to" store when medical supplies are needed. Staff are always helpful and such a wide range of products. Found a support for my carpal tunnel issues that works great, in fact we went back and purchased another! While in the store, my husband chose a walker chair when/if he needs one! I went in to get my wife a brace for her wrist that the doctor told her she needed. After looking at the price for the only option of it's kind in the store, I looked it up on line to find it was 1/3 less. I simply asked if they would be able to lower the price a bit since it was available elsewhere for less. My question was met with the quick and deliberate answer of "then buy in on line."

This is the most AMAZING STORE, I searched the LA/Valley Area to find some specialized medical supplies no luck I go to this store and they have EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY THINK OF AND MORE. This store is AWESOME if you need medical supplies or life assist supplies...

Existing with a disability can be a full-time job let alone dealing with people that don't care to give you professional honest service. I find this poor attitude at SouthBay Home Health Care. I don't recommend this place for any purchases or repairs on any DME.
You will pay for items and not get what you paid for and their attention to detail and Customer Service is zero. Leaving multiple messages to the Manager, his wife and purchasing, only to be ignored w/ no call back to provide a resolution to my repairs and/or missing parts I paid for and didn't receive. Showing his exceptional service and generosity, Manager Rory Dunlevy offered me a part for my much-used Topro Rollator which had been dislodged by a very clumsy and heavy-handed taxi driver. Waiving the cost of $10 plus postage, Rory had the part in my mailbox two days after my call to him! This is typical of the care afforded to customers who purchase Mobility Aids' outstanding products.

We bought a Troja Rollator for my elderly Mum. MobilityCare's service was prompt and very helpful. They organised delivery of it to my Mum. She is off and running and very happy with it. The Rollator is making it much easier for her to be out and about with family due to its lightness and ease of folding for the cars and similar.
