This is the quote I have chosen to live by. Born and raised in Clovis, CA I received my first gym membership when I was 16 years old. I wish I could say I fell in love with the gym right from the start, but that wasn't the case. It's no secret that working out is a mental and physical challenge! It wasn't until I began to see myself morph into a stronger, happier, and healthier person that my love for fitness flourished.

From that point on, I knew what I loved to do, and I knew I wanted to help others achieve those same life-changing effects that fitness provides. At age 18, I became NASM Certified and began my work as a trainer, while continuing my education with Pennsylvania State University World Campus. In 2018, I earned my B.S. in Business Management/ Marketing.
Services
Open gym memberships are limited, by both hours and capacity, to ensure the exclusivity and quality of the members' gym experience. The low-membership capacity allows for a more private workout environment without the hassle of battling an overcrowded gym! AGF's 3,330 sq ft gym houses brand new, state of the art gym equipment, including free weights, cardio equipment, strength machines, and more!
For personal training in Fresno or Clovis, contact me today! I offer a variety of options to accommodate you, your schedule, and your specific needs. Each training session will take you one step further to gaining strength and confidence. As we work together, I will help by answering any questions and concerns you may have while embarking on this incredible fitness journey.
No additional membership is needed if you are only using the gym for training sessions with me. Yes definitely, I have trained many clients ranging from ages 14 - 85. Contact me to learn more. The frequency for training varies from person to person but ultimately is up to the client. I have some clients who train 1x/ week and others who train 4x/ week.

I just retired, and after two knee replacements I wanted to work on balance, flexibility, and fitness. Alicia creates custom workouts for me every day. She is friendly, positive, and encouraging. The gym is spotless. What I love best is that it's mostly women, and there is no judgment or competitiveness. And I'm much stronger and more flexible now!

I can’t say enough positive things about Alicia or her gym. Alicia is funny, welcoming, upbeat, punctual, organized and the workouts she prepares are effective (sometimes when I am super sore the next day I think maybe too much so). Her gym is the cleanest gym I’ve ever been in and it’s so nice to have a semi-private workout experience….and as a bonus there are the cutest dogs to play with.

In March of 2021 I told Alicia my goals and that I planned to train with her for two months. I am now in month four and continue to return for these reasons:
1)I see results. I have dropped one clothing size and can fit into what I was ready to give away. I also have increased core and full body strength such that my bike rides as a cyclist are much more high powered, manageable, and satisfying.
2) She knows her stuff well enough to a)change up the routine every time so I’m never bored, b) coach on form so I don’t injure myself, c) provide positive feedback, and d) accommodate physical limitations

I called to inquire on personal training and she was very rude and snippy. Her response is " well, I have clients who have trained with me for many years and the waitlist is long." She offered to put me on the waitlist but no guarantees. If you aren't accepting new clients for personal training please update your website!!!!

Alicia is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with! I have trained with a few trainers over the years when I lived in the LA area and she is far more knowledgeable than all of them combined. Her approach is kind/understanding but she still pushes me when I need it, and I always feel safe. Plus it’s actually fun to workout with her! I’m so thankful to have found her and very excited to continue my fitness journey. I have trained 3 months so far and have definitely seen results! I highly recommend her, you can’t go wrong!

I love working out with Alicia! I tried personal training before and it didn't work out for me. I felt nauseous, uncomfortable during and after working out before. So I stopped. I found Alicia's page and I said, let me give this another try because I really wanted to be healthy. I did not regret it. Alicia always made sure if I'm alright. I feel safe working out with her. I feel like I'm improving each time I train with her. Been working with her for almost 2 months and so far it's been very good! Her workouts are enjoyable and challenging. Alicia is one of the best and most professional trainers I have ever been around. She believes in all her clients and pushes everyone to go beyond what they think are their limits.
