Awesome personal trainer! Currently offering Zoom workouts during the COVID pandemic. Suitable for all fitness levels; she gives modifications to make exercises harder/easier if needed. Friendly, laid-back environment!

I've been working out with Rachel for the past 6 months and I have really enjoyed my training so far. Rachel has been very helpful by tweaking and personalizing my workouts based on my goals, events I'm training for, and personal imbalances. The workouts are usually tough but she has a great way of being motivating without making you feel like you're working out with a Drill Sergeant. She's also friendly and easy to talk to so the hour flies right by!

I'm so thankful I found Rachel through yelp! As someone who wanted to make the change and put my health and fitness as a priority, Rachel made that an easy and enjoyable choice. Gym intimidation is a real thing, and as much as I like working out I lacked that bit of knowledge and sometimes even motivation when working out alone. I was looking for a new personal trainer this year and when I began my research I had very particular requirements. Two of the requirements included someone who would work with me where I was and did not pressure me to do more than I could manage (this is different than challenging me).
Before I agreed to meet with her, we exchanged emails until I felt ready and then when we met, she gave me a free one-hour session to gauge my level. I really appreciated this. I've been training with Rachel for over a month now and I don't think I'll ever go back to how I was working out before. Rachel not only is personable and caring but also listens to your wants and needs. One of my favorite things about working out with Rachel is that she keeps things fresh every month and nearly every week.

I found Rachel through the positive reviews found on Yelp. We had an initial phone call to talk about my current fitness status and setting goals. On our first session, it was very clear she understood what I wanted to focus on, which was getting back into a fitness routine and toning/strengthening up. Each session was different and I left them feeling sore, but energized! I definitely had the workout high. I could tell I was becoming stronger and more flexible each session because I was handling heavier weights and getting faster in less than a month! I saw her twice a week. She's very easy

Rachel is a fabulous trainer. She is passionate about helping people stay fit and work towards their goals. One thing I really appreciate is that she will tailor workouts to what you're looking for in the moment--instead of prescribing what is on her mind that day.

I started training with Rachel two months ago after not lifting a weight for a very long time, and also relying simply on cardio. Rachel has been a great teacher and she's also very patient and works with me at a pace that I can keep up with (she will customize a workout just for you!). Rachel is very knowledgeable about health & fitness and she really cares about her clients so you will be in excellent hands. Rachel is the best!

Rachel is THE BEST. I started training with Rachel in order to get back into a fitness routine. We had an introduction phone call where we discussed my goals and previous fitness routines, and she created workout plans based on MY needs and MY body.

I have been training with Rachel for almost 6 months now and I have to say that she has made a huge difference in my life! She is a great personal trainer who has a lot of experience and passion for what she does.
The way she constructs the workouts are really good, she covers the muscles of the whole body in one session. She is quick in adjusting an exercise to where you can get the most benefit without injuring yourself. I always leave after the workout sessions feeling energized. I would really recommend her because she is not just a trainer but a general health adviser, she is an inspiration

At 60 I didn't think it was possible to get any healthier. Rachel helped me lose over 30 pounds through changing the way I thought about food. Rachel is a fantastic trainer. She is knowledgeable and positive. She has competed in and won fitness competitions. Her meal plans are very helpful.

She is very focused on results but also takes the time to tailor each session for every individual.
