I was refered to Christopher Carney through the Cleveland Bar Association today as I am writing this review. I spoke with his secretary trying to explain the situation and was transfered to Mr.Carney and as I was explaing my case and was trying to tell him that my previous attorney withdrew from the case with no explanation or reason he stoped the conversation to let me know he doesn't "do" cases that are already in litigation and immediatly HUNG UP ON ME! Thank you Christopher Carney for making me feel that my case does'nt matter and for making me feel worst than I did before I called your office

I ended up having a rather small case, but did not feel like I was treated any different than a big case. I was always called and kept up to day on how things progressed - always being kept informed. Chris Carney took on a case that many others wouldn’t! He even drove over an hour away to meet with me since driving wasn’t an option at the time. He made everything as easy as possible and kept me in the know every step of the way! I was suffering injuries from a car accident that was not my fault and the guy who hit me did not have insurance! I didn’t know what to do or how to handle the overwhelming bills. Klein and Carney helped me with the whole process and made it very painless and I was able to receive a nice settlement from my insurance company. Now I don’t have to worry about my medical bills all thanks to them!
