I have made full payment to them for my driver's license exactly 1 month ago. I have called on more than 1 occasion leaving voice mail and messages to staff and haven't received any return calls. Very unprofessional and will be filing a complaint if i don't hear back from them soon

I have never been spoken to or treated the way Michelle has the last 3 times I have called!! I am trying to pay them money to resolve my judgment for the car accident I was in and now have been hung up on 3 times!! Absolutely no compassion or understanding whatsoever!! I am not some hardened criminal and I also I have the money to resolve this debt!! I have called to determine and go over all the details of my case and have been bullied and talked down to by Michelle! I have asked multiple times to please speak to someone else regarding my case and they keep sending me back to her!! Please find

Although my husband is their defendant, we really have no complaints. We can't afford much, but we worked out a monthly payment plan to resolve our debt. The ONLY complaint I have is of them wanting to know my husband's SS number, drivers license number, bank info, and where he works. We don't feel comfortable disclosing that. I feel it is a bit intrusive.

We're still paying on this debt, and it's still been nothing but smooth and pleasant. I feel alot of these negative reviews are because the defendants are coming at them guns blazing, and that's gonna get you nowhere. Please realize

Very rude and inconsiderate staff. I've called several times to start making payments for what I owe and haven't got a call back. I've fought with them for over four years to try and get my down payment reduced so I can get back on my feet but they do not care. I started the payments so once again bad service and rudness on your end

This is the worse business i have ever had to deal with! I say that cause trust me i would not refer or deal with them even in any situation if they was the last business standing on earth. They are rude, disrespectful, unreasonable, and if you ever get them nice, dont be fulled thats temporary! They are extremely un able to be empathetic and on time when it comes to you trying to close your case or get them out of your life! I been waiting over the informed 72 hours for my case to be done! Not surprised at all that this establishment is rated low. I received a summons and upon contacting them and explaining that I can only afford to pay so much in restitution, the lady hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional behavior. They can let their client know that I will file bankruptcy so their efforts here are futile. No one will receive a single dime now and they have that woman to thank. I think her name was Tina or Tiffany. Who cares.

Stay far away from Keis George! They are unprofessional, rude, and have no compassion! Me and my fiance set up a payment plan to pay off a judgement against us from an accident I was in. They were extremely rude from the start. After paying $1200 for the initial payment and being forced into a $200 a month payment schedule (that we couldnt afford). We missed a couple months payment due to us having our first child and my fiance having to quit her job because of her pregnancy.
I restarted the payments with a $200 payment and we attempted to reinstate my fiance's license so we can take our newborn

Unbelievably unprofessional and rude. Melissa is one of the worst people ive ever had to deal with on the phone.
Sarcastic, snarky unnecessarily rude and about as unhelpful as possible. I am shocked at how unprofessional this person was.
At one point, when talking to the secretary about a late payment, I was told "well I can just hang up on you and then you won't be able to take care of this".
You would expect better from a law firm.
I never write these kinds of reviews but felt implored after multiple negative experiences. Will be telling everyone I know about this.
